The following weapons appear in the video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II:
Handguns
Glock 17 MOS
The "X12" is a stylized Glock 17 MOS. It appears to be based on a 5th generation version, though it is depicted with two pins above the trigger like the Gen 3 and Gen 4 models (as opposed to one pin for the Gen 5). It was first seen equipped with a red dot sight in the reveal trailer, presumably (based on the first-person character model) in the hands of Kyle Garrick. Another Glock is later seen in Ghost's chest holster.
Glock 18
The Glock 18 appears as the "X13 Auto", and features its fire selector on the right side of the slide instead of the left, as well as sporting a tan finish. It has most visual features of the "X12", including the Gen 5 components, even though the real Glock 18 isn't known to exist in Gen 5. Of note, the "X12", "X13", and MW19's "X16" (Glock 21) feature the same relationship between their numbers as the real pistols (G17, G18, skip two, G21 / X12, X13, skip two, X16), which is almost certainly intentional.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 is used by John Price in the reveal trailer.
Submachine Guns
FN P90
Shadow Company operatives are shown using FN P90s in the Dark Water gameplay video.
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
The Heckler & Koch MP5A5 appears as the "Lachmann Sub". For some reason, the trigger group lacks a semi-auto position, and only has Safe/Burst/Auto markings.
Heckler & Koch MP7A2
A Heckler & Koch MP7A2 is seen in the reveal trailer.
KRISS Vector
The Gen I/Gen II hybrid KRISS Vector from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare returns as the "Fennec 45".
PP-19-01 Vityaz
The PP-19-01 Vityaz is slated to appear in MWII.
SIG-Sauer MPX
A SIG-Sauer MPX is seen in the reveal trailer.
Shotguns
Benelli M4 Super 90
The Benelli M4 Super 90 appears as the "Expedite 12".
Rifles/Carbines
AK-103
An AK-103 is seen in the Call of Duty NEXT showcase event.
AK-105
John "Soap" MacTavish is seen firing an AK-105 in the reveal trailer.
AKS-74UN
The AKS-74U appears as the "Kastov-74u", with rails at the bottom and on the right side of the handguard. It is specifically the AKS-74UN variant with a side-mounted bracket for attaching optics. For the first time in the Call of Duty series, it is correctly classified as an assault rifle as opposed to an SMG. It employs the "Iraqi reload" technique when reloading from empty.
FN SCAR-L
The FN SCAR-L appears as the "TAQ-56".
Heckler & Koch G3A3
The Heckler & Koch G3A3 appears as the "Lachmann-762".
Heckler & Koch HK33KA2
A Heckler & Koch HK33KA2 with a shortened barrel is available as the "Lachmann-556". One with an MP5SD style integrally suppressed barrel is seen in the gameplay video, used by Alejandro Vargas and several Shadow Company operators.
Colt Model 933
A SIG themed Colt Model 933-type custom carbine appears as the "M4". The lower receiver is from a SIG 516/SIG M400 while the upper most closely resembles a Mega Arms GTR-3H. It has a slightly longer barrel and a Geissele 10.5" SMR MK16-style handguard that is accordingly elongated. The stock is stylized Magpul CTR. It has a SIG charging handle. The front sight is stylized Midwest Industries flip up and the rear one is a hybrid between KAC micro rear, MaTech BUIS and base MP7 rear sight. The muzzle is KAC birdcage and the grip is A2. It feeds from stylized windowed PMAGs in spite of the previous game having a proper non-stylized model. According to pre-release materials, the in-game base M4-type carbine will be a base weapon with numerous variants included as part of an unlock tree in multiplayer.
AR-57
An AR-57, called the "FSS Hurricane", appears as a variant of the base M4 weapon.
Fightlite MCR
The Fightlite MCR appears in-game as the "556 Icarus" as a variant of the base M4 carbine.
"FTAC Recon"
Another M4 variant, chambered in .458 SOCOM, appears as the "FTAC Recon".
M4A1
The "14" Carbine Shroud Barrel" attachment turns it into an M4A1.
M16A3
The "Tempus High Tower 20" Barrel" attachment turns it into an M16A3.
M14
Soap is shown with the previous game's M14 rifle setup in the Sage-style chassis. It is still referred to as the "EBR-14".
M16A3
The M16A3 (Colt Model 901) appears as the "M16". It fires in three-round bursts, meaning it is intended to pass for an M16A4, but the fire selector has the Safe/Semi/Auto markings of the A3 rather than the A4's Safe/Semi/Burst. A properly functioning M16A3 can be achieved by modifying the "M4" mentioned above.
Marlin Model 336
The Marlin Model 336 appears as the "Lockwood Mk2". It is depicted as being chambered in the .45-70 Government cartridge, like the Marlin Model 1895 that previously appeared in Modern Warfare as the "MK2 Carbine", but this time the shape of the ejection port indicates that it is a Model 336.
Q Honey Badger
In the trailer, Ghost and Soap can be seen with Q Honey Badger-style compact carbines.
SIG-Sauer MCX VIRTUS
Price is seen with a SIG-Sauer MCX VIRTUS in the reveal trailer.
Steyr AUG A3
A Shadow Company operative can be seen with a Steyr AUG A3 towards the end of the reveal trailer.
Sniper Rifles
Barrett MRAD
Captain Price and Ghost are seen with ghillie camouflaged Barrett MRADs in August promotional materials.
Gepard GM6 Lynx
The Gepard GM6 Lynx appears as the "Signal 50".
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
The Heckler & Koch PSG-1 appears as the "LM-S". It uses 10-round magazines by default.
M24 SWS
A custom M24 SWS is seen held by Simon "Ghost" Riley in the reveal trailer. It uses the model of the "SP-R 208" from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare fitted with a modified version of the "XRK SP-LITE 208 Blitz" chassis, along with the "ZLR VeraTwist 9.6" barrel and an extended magazine.
Machine Guns
Dillon Aero M134 Minigun
The handheld Dillon Aero M134 Minigun from Modern Warfare returns as the Juggernaut's primary weapon.
Heckler & Koch HK21
The Heckler & Koch HK21 appears in-game as the "RAPP H".
IWI Negev NG7

Explosives
Model 7290 Flashbang Grenade
A tooltip showing a Model 7290 flashbang grenade is seen in the gameplay trailer. It appears to be incorrectly dubbed the "M84 Flash".
M7 Spider
A heavily stylized M7 Spider mine is featured as the "Cluster Mine".
Mounted Weapons
M230 Chain Gun
An AH-64D Apache is shown firing its M230 Chain Gun in the trailer.
