How I Screencap: cap the images as PNG's, making sure that the aspect ratio is set to 16:9, and then tweaking the saturation and sharpness using the video effects tools. I then use Fast Stone Image Viewer to convert the PNG's to JPG's. and to trim the black bars if necessary before upload.
