The seventh season is created by Robert Kirkman and Scott Gimple. After a cruel meeting with Negan, the Alexandrians become dependent on the Saviors, giving up half of all their supplies and suffering humiliation. Rick and his people form an alliance with other enslaved settlements planning to oppose Negan and the Saviors in an open clash. The season consists of sixteen episodes and was premiered on October 23, 2016 on AMC.

Revolvers

Colt Python

Rick's nickel-plated six-inch barreled Colt Python now is carried by Saviors' chief engineer Joseph "Fat Joey" (Joshua Hoover). He draws the gun at Daryl in "The Cell" (S7E03). Daryl (Norman Reedus) takes the revolver from Joey and gives it back to Rick (Andrew Lincoln) at the end of "Hearts Still Beating" (S7E08). Rick surrenders his revolver to Kingdom soldier named Richard (Karl Makinen) before entering the Kingdom in "Rock in the Road" (S7E09). One of the Scavengers (Kristie Wallace) takes the Colt from him in "New Best Friends" (S7E10), but Rick receives it back at the end of the episode. He carries the gun in "Say Yes" (S7E12) and shoots walkers at the carnival. Rick carries the gun holstered in "Something They Need" (S7E15) and "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" (S7E16).

However, she carried a Smith & Wesson M&P in the previous season and probably replaced the sidearm after the attack on the Saviors' satellite outpost.

Beretta 92FS

A member of the Saviors (uncredited) puts a Beretta 92FS to Eugene's head in "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be" (S7E01). Moving to the Kingdom in "The Well" (S7E02) Morgan (Lennie James) begins carrying and using the Beretta. A Kingdom soldier named Benjamin (Logan Miller) and a Savior named Jared (Joshua Mikel) also carry holstered pistols in the same episode. Carl (Chandler Riggs) continues to use his Beretta in Season 7, firing a warning shot for the Saviors during the raid on Alexandria in "Service" (S7E04). Under Negan's influence, Carl gives the gun to Rick (Andrew Lincoln), who then gives it to Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). The Savior (Joseph Hardin) from Simon's group carries the pistol in a holster arriving at Hilltop in "Go Getters" (S7E05). A Savior named Isabelle (Aerli Austen) holds the Beretta in "Sing Me a Song" (S7E07) until Michonne (Danai Gurira) takes the gun away. Morgan and Benjamin aim their Berettas in "Bury Me Here" (S7E13) but are forced to surrender it to the Saviors, one of whom (Brian Porter) is seen holding the gun later. Arat, Gary and a member of the Scavengers (Steve Conroy) carry the holstered pistol in "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" (S7E16). Morgan knocks the gun out of the Savior's (Ryan Newton) hands and uses it in the ongoing battle in the same episode.

Lieutenant of the Saviors Gavin (Jayson Warner Smith), responsible for the Kingdom, carries a Beretta 92FS Inox holstered in "The Well" (S7E02). One of the Saviors (Indiana Sifuentes) who arrived in Alexandria with Negan in "Hearts Still Beating" (S7E08) aims the Beretta during the confrontation. Gavin also carries it holstered in "New Best Friends" (S7E10).

In "Service" (S7E04), Rosita (Christian Serratos) takes a reverse two-tone Beretta 92F with wood grips from zombified Savior named Neil (Robert Walker-Branchaud). Returning to Alexandria she hides the gun under the wheel arch, knowing that the Saviors will take it away if they see it. Rosita fires the Beretta at Negan in "Hearts Still Beating" (S7E08) but misses.

Taking advantage of the moment, Carl (Chandler Riggs) pulls out a Beretta 92 Non Gun replica standing in for his usual sidearm and shoots the nearby Scavengers during the battle for Alexandria in "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" (S7E16).

Desert Eagle Mark VII

Carrying guns out of Alexandria's armory during the Saviors' raid in "Service" (S7E04), Daryl (Norman Reedus) brings a nickel Desert Eagle Mark VII until it is taken away by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), who shoots a window . Afterwards, he gives the pistol to one of the Saviors (Stacey Crowder). Later on, Eugene is somehow able to reneck and retool a casing from this gun into a 9mm cartridge for Rosita to use against Negan, despite 9mm and magnum cartridges being radically different in length, rim, width and powder load.

The Smith & Wesson M&P is another frequently seen weapon in Season 7. In "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be" (S7E01), Dwight (Austin Amelio) carries it in a holster, which is a continuity error since he carried the P226 in Season 6's finale. King Ezekiel Sutton (Khary Payton) and the Kingdom soldiers Richard (Karl Makinen), Dianne (Kerry Cahill), Alvaro (Carlos Navarro), Jerry (Cooper Andrews) and two unnamed soldiers (Chelsie Coulombe and Eric Mainade) carry and use pistols in "The Well" (S7E02). The Savior (Skylar Felton) in the Sanctuary carries what appears to be a M&P with a tan frame in a holster at the beginning of "The Cell" (S7E03). Dwight also fires at a fugitive worker. Spencer (Austin Nichols) carries the M&P holstered at the beginning of "Service" (S7E04) before giving it up to Dwight. Dwight and the Savior named David (Martinez) also carry holstered pistols in the same episode. Simon (Steven Ogg) continues to use the M&P carrying it holstered in "Go Getters" (S7E05). The resident of Oceanside named Kathy (Nicole Barré) fires the gun at Tara as she tries to escape in "Swear" (S7E06). A Savior named George (Brian F. Durkin) and Dwight carry pistols holstered in "Sing Me a Song" (S7E07). David carries the holstered pistol in "Hearts Still Beating" (S7E08). Richard and Simon carry their M&Ps in "Rock in the Road" (S7E09). Alvaro, Richard, Ezekiel, and Jerry carry pistols in "New Best Friends" (S7E10). During the conflict with the Saviors, Richard is forced to give his gun to Jared (Joshua Mikel). Dwight and David carry pistols holstered in "Hostiles and Calamities" (S7E11). Several zombified soldiers incorrectly carry holstered M&Ps in "Say Yes" (S7E12). King Ezekiel, Alvaro and Jerry carry pistols but later surrender their guns to the Savior (Mike Konanec) in "Bury Me Here" (S7E13). Jared also uses the gun in the episode. Simon carries the holstered pistol in "The Other Side" (S7E14). Simon, Ezekiel, and one of the Scavengers (Jonathan Realz) use pistols during the battle of Alexandria in "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" (S7E16). Jerry and another Kingdom soldier (Jake Arms) also briefly hold it in the same episode, and Dwight carries it holstered.

Upon arriving in Alexandria in "Service" (S7E04) the Saviors confiscate all firearms from Alexandria. In the process, it turns out that "Glock 9" and a ".22 Bobcat" are missing despite being on Olivia's inventory book.

In "Hearts Still Beating" (S7E08), Rick and Aaron discover a houseboat where they find lots of supplies and weapons.

In "Swear" (S7E06), the inhabitants of the Oceanside colony keep a well-stocked arsenal of weapons that Tara observes. Rick, Tara and the group take all the weapons from Oceanside's arsenal for the battle against Saviors in "Something They Need" (S7E15).

Scavenger's Deal Guns

One of the requirements for the Scavengers to join the alliance against the Saviors is to give them a lot of weapons. So Rick and Michonne go on a search in "Say Yes" (S7E12) and provide a van full of weapons.
