Case Closed: Full Score of Fear or also known as Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear (戦慄の楽譜, Senritsu no full score), is the twelfth Case Closed movie. During a rehearsal, two musicians are killed in a brutal bomb attack, and a third survived by chance. A few days later Conan, Ran, and the others were invited to the rehearsals for the opening concert of the new concert hall of the famous pianist Kazuki Doumoto. As a highlight of the evening, the audience will be delighted with the sound of a real Stradivarius and an organ, on which Bach has already played. One of the soloists, the soprano Reiko Akiba, makes friends with the children and even agrees to study the school anthem with the school choir. But then the murder starts again.
The following weapons were used in the anime film Full Score of Fear:

Handguns
Beretta 92FS
In a flashback during the film's opening, a close-up of the Beretta 92FS aimed by Gin is briefly seen, which recaps the 128th Episode "The Black Organization: One Billion Yen Robbery Case" of the fifth season. In this episode, however, Gin uses a Walther PPK/S; the Beretta only becomes his weapon of choice two seasons later.
The Beretta pointed by Gin at Miyano Akemi, the sister of Haibara Ai/Miyano Shiho.
Smith & Wesson Model 37
Instead of the Nambu Model 60, Tokyo Metropolitan Police officers Miwato Sato and Wataru Takagi carry Smith & Wesson Model 37 Airweight revolvers as their service weapons.
Tanaka S&W M37 Airsoft revolver
Sato and Takagi hear strange noises in an opera room and set off with their recently drawn Smith & Wesson revolvers in search of the reason for what is happening. Note the lack of the extended grip part in front of the lanyard ring which would be present on the Nambu Model 60.
Both aim their revolvers after breaching the door.
Having decided to go to a better firing spot, Sato enters the opposite opera box.
After positioning herself at the edge of the balcony, she observes the situation and considers how to proceed. The Smith & Wesson logo is visible right above her index finger.
Seeing a good opportunity for a targeted shot, she steadies the revolver on her arm.
A front view of Sato aiming the revolver offers a glimpse of the 5-round cylinder.
Sato is about to pull the trigger to render the bomb maker harmless.
Tokarev TT-33
At the film's climax, Fuwa Takumi wields a Tokarev TT-33 to get a last demand.
Tokarev TT-33 - 7.62x25mm Tokarev
Takumi surprises the present ones with his last Trump card. Note the shape of the cocking serrations which is typical for the pre-1947 version of the TT-33.
Shocked Miwato Sato looks at the Tokarev pointed at Inspector Juzo Megure and Kogorō Mōri.
Dōmoto Kazuki who has joined the tense situation stepped closer to Takumi and explains the background to his actions. In this distant scene, the Tokarev is not very detailed.
A last close up of the dropped Tokarev offers a view of the grip part with the typical "Star-CCCP" emblem.
Rifles
Remington Model 700
A scoped Remington Model 700 is used in an assassination attempt on Akiba Reiko during her walk in the forest.
Remington Model 700 (1970s Production) - .308 Winchester
The culprit starts aiming the Remington from his hiding place. There is no front sight at the muzzle which is a feature of the Remington Model 700.
A full view of the mysterious shadow man reveals more details of the Remington rifle.
