It is worth noting that in any live-action work it is incredibly unlikely that a live grenade will be present at any stage due to safety concerns: grenades held by actors are usually dummy or training variants, while the effects for grenade explosions are often made big and fiery using petrochemicals as opposed to real ones which tend to be rather less flashy. The blast radius and penetrating ability of a fragmentation grenade (with red-hot fragments often able to penetrate every internal wall of a building and sometimes even set it on fire for good measure) are usually minimised in fiction, with even an obstruction as insubstantial as a wooden door sometimes being enough to offer complete protection from a frag grenade.
