Case Closed: Full Score of Fear or also known as Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear (戦慄の楽譜, Senritsu no full score), is the twelfth Case Closed movie. During a rehearsal, two musicians are killed in a brutal bomb attack, a third survived by chance. A few days later Conan, Ran and the others were invited to the rehearsals for the opening concert of the new concert hall of the famous pianist Kazuki Doumoto.
