Smith & Wesson Model 36
Detective Lennie Brisco (Jerry Orbach) is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver. Despite the NYPD having officially switched to automatic pistols on January 1st, 1994, more senior officers like Briscoe were grandfathered in and allowed to continue carrying revolvers.
Glock 19
Detective Ed Green (Jesse L. Martin) and other NYPD officers are armed with Glock 19 pistols.
Beretta 92FS
One of the murder weapons in "American Jihad" (S13E01) is a Beretta 92FS.
Colt Python
The murder weapon in "Tragedy on Rye" (S13E04) is a snub-nosed, stainless Colt Python, which is described by detectives as a .357. A Python with a 4" barrel is the murder weapon in "Star Crossed" (S13E14).
Charter Arms Bulldog Tracker
The murder weapon in "Under God" (S13E12) appears to be a Charter Arms Bulldog Tracker. The detectives say it is chambered in ".44."
Unidentifiable pistol
An unidentifiable pistol is used in a shooting in "Open Season" (S13E07). It is impossible to make a proper ID.
