SIG-Sauer P229R
Diane/Control (Camryn Manheim) pulls a SIG-Sauer P229R at the end of "Lethe" (S3E11). An ISA operative at a travel agency as well as another assassin use the pistol in "4C" (S3E13). Reese's P226R turns into a suppressed P229R in "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).
SIG-Sauer P239
In 2010, Kara Stanton uses a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm when she was still working for the CIA in "RAM" (S3E16).
SIG-Sauer GSR
Carter uses a nickel-plated SIG-Sauer GSR taken from Mike Laskey at the beginning of "Razgovor" (S3E5).
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is pulled by one of Maksim's men in "Liberty" (S3E01). A corrupt Force Recon commando has one tucked at the back of his pants in the same episode. Rick Dillinger (Neil Jackson) uses one when he worked with Finch in 2010 in "RAM" (S3E16). Decima Technologies agents operating in New York City use the 92FS as their main sidearm throughout the season. Ex-French Foreign Legionaires turned mercenary assassins use 92FS pistols throughout "Allegiance" (S3E18).
Beretta 92FS Inox
In "Death Benefit" (S3E20), a drug dealer pulls a Beretta 92FS Inox on a fellow criminal. A Vigilance member is armed with the Inox near the end of "Deus ex Machina" (S323).
Beretta Px4 Storm
RIP (Max Martini), a corrupt Force Recon commando, carries a Beretta Px4 Storm as his main sidearm in Season 3's premiere "Liberty" (S3E01). In "Mors Praematura" (S3E06), several members of Vigilance use Px4 Storm pistols in an ambush on a CIA black ops transport truck. Lambert (Julian Ovenden), a Decima Technologies agent uses a Px4 Storm as his main sidearm in "RAM" (S3E16).
Beretta BU9 Nano
In "Lady Killer" (S3E03), Shaw (Sarah Shahi) pulls out a Beretta BU9 Nano fitted with a small laser sight to compare with the Glock 26 used by Carter. Carter explicitly refers to the pistol as a "Nano" in the episode. Shaw begins to use it as her main sidearm from "The Devil's Share" (S3E10).
Browning Hi-Power
Matthew Reed (Nestor Carbonell) is seen pulling a Browning Hi-Power pistol in "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).
Colt M1911
In "Endgame" (S3E08), Peter Yogorov (Morgan Spector) is seen pulling an M1911 after finding a bullet in his food.
Colt Commander
Root uses the Colt Commander pistol along with a USP Compact in "/" (S3E17). She uses it again in "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).
CZ-75
A CZ-75 pistol is used by Cyril (Gene Farber) near the end of "Provenance" (S3E14) before he was secretly wounded by Shaw. A masked Vigilance member uses one in the middle of "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).
CZ-83
Greek United Nations diplomat and ex-French Foreign Legionnaire Christos Sevon (William Abadie) uses what appears to be a CZ-83 during a confrontation with Rene LaPointe in his UN building office near the end of "Allegiance" (S3E18).
CZ P-07 Duty
A gangster armed with what appears to be a CZ P-07 Duty takes a paramedic hostage at the beginning of "Razgovor" (S3E05). A masked Vigilance member aims her P-07 Duty at hostages in the middle of "Aletheia" (S3E12).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 appears in the third season as a handgun frequently used by all characters.
Glock 17 (Full Auto)
Root (Amy Acker) uses a Glock 17 (lack of slide-mounted selector switch) converted to full-auto and loaded with a 33 round magazine in "Mors Praematura" (S3E06). She retrieves the hidden firearm from a public sitting bench, previously placed there by her as "insurance" and uses it in a shootout with the members of Vigilance in the episode.
Glock 17 (FAB Defense KPOS G1)
In "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07), one of the HR hitmen uses a full-auto Glock 17 that's been converted to a carbine using a FAB Defense KPOS G1. This weapon also is fitted with a suppressor and a dot sight.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 continues to be carried by NYPD Officer Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson) and Detective Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) in Season 3 as well as by the majority of the NYPD officers seen throughout the season. The Glock is used by Peter Collier (Leslie Odom, Jr.) and a CIA agent has one apparently holstered in "Mors Praematura" (S3E06). Zachary (Robert Manning Jr.) and some Decima Technologies agents working under him are armed with Glock 19s in "Beta". Julian uses one as well near the end of "Deus ex Machina" (S3E23).
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is used by NYPD Officer Joss Carter as her backup sidearm when off-duty in the season. Root dual-wields the pistols in "Aletheia" (S3E12).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Samantha Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continues to carry a Heckler & Koch USP Compact fitted with a LAM module as her main sidearm from the second season. The pistol is first seen in "Liberty" (S3E01). Root (Amy Acker) dual-wields it along with the SW 380 in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10). Root also uses the pistol again along with a Colt Commander in "/" (aka "Root Path" S3E17) before she lends it briefly to Fusco. She uses it again in "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).
IWI Jericho 941
Samantha Shaw takes an IWI Jericho 941 after losing her HK USP Compact when she was taken captive by armed kidnappers in "Razgovor" (S3E05). Hayden Price pulls out a Jericho while confronting a man posing as an NYPD detective in "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07).
Ruger SR9c
Ruger SR9C is used by Vigilance leader Peter Collier (Leslie Odom, Jr.) throughout Season 3. He first uses the pistol in "Nothing to Hide" (S3E02). Another Ruger SR9C with a black nitride finish is placed on a yacht's glass table by Reese near the end of "Reasonable Doubt" (S3E04).
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
Vanessa Watkins (Kathleen Perkins) pulls a Smith & Wesson M&P Compact pistol given to her by Reese on her husband near the end of "Reasonable Doubt" (S3E04).
Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380
Shaw hands her Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 to Root (Amy Acker), who then dual-wields it along with the USP Compact in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10).
Walther PPQ
A Walther PPQ is used by Wayne Kruger (David Alan Basche) and Stu Sommers (Gary Basaraba) throughout "Nothing to Hide" (S3E02).
Walther PPK
A stainless Walther PPK is used by Simmons (Robert John Burke) in "The Crossing" (S3E09).
Walther P99
In some scenes, Root's Glock 17 becomes a Walther P99 in "Lady Killer" (S3E03). Greer (John Nolan) fires a suppressed Walther in "Aletheia" (S3E12). A drug dealer pulls a Walter P99 in "Death Benefit" (S3E20).

Smith & Wesson Model 10
Madison (Diane Davis), a Vigilance member acting as a kangaroo court judge, is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver, being used as a makeshift gavel throughout "Deus ex Machina" (S3E23).

A convenience store robber aims a Smith & Wesson Model 66 at the convenience store cashier at the start of "Beta".

A corrupt Force Recon commando uses a Coharie Arms MP-10 in "Liberty" (S3E01) during a showdown.

A FN P90TR is used by a Vigilance member named Niall Jacobs (Robbin Tann) to attempt an assassination on Reese and Root in the middle of "A House Divided" (S3E22).
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
The Heckler & Koch MP5A2 is carried by a Vigilance member during the hospital shootout in "Lethe" (S3E11). They were seen again with some of them throughout "A House Divided" (S3E22) and "Deus Ex Machina" (S3E23).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is carried by Vigilance members and is also used by Shaw during the hospital shootout in "Aletheia" (S3E12).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is another weapon carried by a Vigilance member during the hospital shootout in "Lethe" (S3E11). Some of them also use it in a fake bank robbery in "Aletheia" (S3E12).
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
The Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is seen used by cartel gunmen in Season 3's premiere "Liberty" (S3E01). A few corrupt Force Recon commandos are armed with MP5K-PDWs with the stock removed in the same episode. HR NYPD officers uses MP5Ks without stocks attached in "Razgovor" (S3E05).
Heckler & Koch MP5SD2
A Heckler & Koch MP5SD2 is another weapon carried by Vigilance members during the hospital shootout in "Lethe" (S3E11) and during the bank takeover in "Aletheia" (S3E12). Vigilance members also uses the weapons in "Most Likely To..." (S3E19).

The AKM assault rifle is used in a Russian mob hideout in an arms cache in the middle of "Endgame" (S3E08).

A Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with a Surefire weaponlight is held by Lead Deputy Marshal Pollack (Richard Brooks) in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10). Reese also holds the shotgun in the episode. A Mk 2 hand grenade is used by Shaw to threaten a uniformed HR officer in the middle of "The Crossing" (S3E09). A Vigilance member holds the grenade to fend off Northern Lights agents in "Aletheia" (S3E12).

Root uses a Taser X26 pistol to take down a sleeping Shaw at the end of "Razgovor" (S3E05).
Defense Technologies 1315 37mm
In "Endgame" (S3E08), Shaw gives Carter the Def Tech 1315 launcher previously used by Reese (Carter also used it in Season 2) along with a bag of weapons. Carter then fires a gas round into the cab of a truck to smoke out the Russian drivers. Shaw refers to the launcher as a "37 mil". Near the end of "Allegiance" (S3E18), Shaw later uses the launcher to breach the United Nations building by using smoke grenade rounds in order to cause a distraction and to stun the ex-FFL soldiers turned mercenary assassins.
Shaw's Refrigerator Cache
In "Mors Praematura" (S3E06), Reese examines Shaw's refrigerator and finds several weapons stored there.
Car Trunk Rifles
HR officers "arrest" Yogorov mobsters in a fake traffic stop in the middle of "Endgame" (S3E08) and several assault rifles are seen in the trunk of a sedan.
