Is this bullpup or no?

I'm seeing some different descriptions. Some sources say it is bullpup, other sources don't. --Wuzh (talk) 02:34, 1 October 2018 (EDT)

IMHO, as magazines are placed in front of the trigger group (no matter that magazines are tube or box), this weapon cannot be classified as bullup. Greg-Z (talk) 02:40, 1 October 2018 (EDT) P.S. The description of DP-12 on manufacturer's webcite doesn't use the term "bullpup". Greg-Z (talk) 02:46, 1 October 2018 (EDT)
The important part is the feeding location, which looks to be right on top of the trigger group rather than behind it. It's allowable for a bullpup's magazine to extend forwards (see, for example, the Heckler & Koch G11), what matters is where the feed location is. That said, the gun's bolt group (two bolts plus sled) is behind the grip, so I guess you could say it's semi-bullpup or something. Evil Tim (talk) 06:39, 1 October 2018 (EDT)
Well, it's reasonable. Greg-Z (talk) 07:07, 1 October 2018 (EDT)
The KSG, UTS-15, Neostead, Mossberg bullpup and many others have magazines that extend ahead of the trigger unit; that’s just a byproduct of using tube magazines. --AgentGumby (talk) 08:57, 1 October 2018 (EDT)
