Taxi 3 is a 2003 French action-comedy that is the third installment in the Taxi film series. Written and produced by Luc Besson and directed by Gérard Krawczyk and set in Marseille, Christmas 2003, the film finds Comissaire Gibert (Bernard Farcy) and Émilien (Frédéric Diefenthal) having to face a new gang: the Santa Claus gang, which members are all disguised in Santa Claus, when Qiu (Bai Ling), a reporter, joins the french Police.
The following weapons were used in the film Taxi 3:
WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Beretta 92FS Inox
When Émilien falls into the trashbin, members of the Santa Claus gang are seen examinating guns. A Beretta 92FS Inox is seen onto a opened gun case.
A female cop is seen holding what looks like a Browning Hi-Power.
Desert Eagle Mark I
During the intro starring Sylvester Stallone as a cameo, a kid is seen with a Desert Eagle Mark I when Stallone tries to steal his skateboard. Hard to see, but the safety lever matches better the Mark I than the Mark VII. The muzzle size also matches better to a .357 Magnum. During the James Bond style opening title, several Desert Eagle are seen, both wielded by Émilien or displayed on the background. It is however not possible to identify the version.
Émilien's issued weapon is a SIG-Sauer P228 which is mostly seen at the beginning, and holstered for the rest of the movie. The P228 is also seen during the James Bond style opening credits, where Émilien poorly draws it and drops it on the ground instead of shooting the camera.
During the James Bond style opening title, Daniel (Samy Naceri) is seen holding a Walther P99 fitted with a fake suppressor (too thin to be real). A policeman is seen holding what appears to be a P99 as well.
In the intro starring Sylvester Stallone as a cameo, a kid is seen with what looks like a Colt Python.
Several Manurhin F1 revolvers are seen, mostly as the issued weapon of Gibert (Bernard Farcy), Alain (Edouard Montoute) and some other policemen.
When the surprise Santa Claus pops out of the toy truck, the young recruit is seen holding a Ruger SP101.
Ruger Super Redhawk
During the intro, two kids are seen with Ruger Super Redhawk revolvers.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Europakorps (pun with EuropaCorp, the distributor) security agents at fund transfers are seen holding Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolvers. Note that real-life French security fund transfers really used the Model 15.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
What looks like a Smith & Wesson Model 19 is seen holded by an old policeman.
Taurus Model 44
When Émilien falls into the trashbin, members of the Santa Claus gang are seen examining guns. One of them is seen manipulating what appears to be a Taurus Model 44.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
One of the Santa Claus gang members uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K.
A Mini Uzi is carried by one of the Santa Claus gang members.
The Steyr TMP is used by both the CRS and the Santa Claus gang.
FAMAS F1 rifles are carried by the army, as well as by the commandos seen at the end.
One of the soldiers carries a FAMAS G1 (or possibly a G2).
SIG SG 552
During the James Bond style opening title, two Santa Claus gang members are seen holding SIG SG 552 rifles.
One of the CRS officers is seen with a Steyr AUG.
Unidentified Sniper Rifles
What appears to be a Beretta M3P is used by a CRS officer.
One of the security agents carries what appears to be a Remington 870 when Émilien arrests a Santa Claus.
An AA-52/NF-1 machine gun is seen mounted on an armored car.
One of the soldiers attempting to stop the Santa Claus gang carries an LRAC F1.
Another soldier uses a M72 LAW.
Manufrance Le Français
When Émilien browses the Police's firearms database, a Manufrance Le Français is seen.
