A stainless M1911A1 is used by Oswald Cobblepott aka the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell", using it as his sidearm. Frank Gordon uses one at the end of "Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions". Nygma briefly uses it in "Heroes Rise: Heavydirtsoul".
Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector
A Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector is used by Court of Owls foot soldiers, first seen in "Heroes Rise: All Will Be Judged".
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with a security guard in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell". The Gotham City Police Department uses it as their main sidearm. Other characters use it on some occasions.
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R again in the season, alternating with the regular P226 as a substitute.
SIG-Sauer GSR
Dual SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) again in the season as his main sidearms.
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield
A Smith & Wesson M&P Shield is used by Tabitha as her sidearm.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series
Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series as his main sidearm, initially as he operates in Gotham as a bounty hunter and after he returns to duty with the GCPD. A full-size, stainless steel version is used by Alice (Naian Gonzalez Norvind) in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Jervis Tetch (Benedict Samuel) uses the pistol to shoot Valerie Vale in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". Zsasz uses Gordon's SW1911SC after being disarmed briefly in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster". Frank Gordon (James Remar) briefly takes it from Gordon in "Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions".
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is used by the Penguin and later by Ivy Pepper (Maggie Geha) in "Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions". Alfred uses it in "Heroes Rising: All Will Be Judged" as his sidearm.
Revolvers
As in the previous season, a Colt Navy with ivory grips can be seen on a frame in Captain Barnes' office. A second, engraved Colt Navy is seen in Gotham Water and Power in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit".
Colt Python
A Colt Python is seen with a Fish soldier in "Heroes Rising: Destiny Calling".
Smith & Wesson Model 19
The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is used by Detective Harvey Bullock as his sidearm in the season.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
The Smith & Wesson Model 29 is used by Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell), first seen in "Mad City: New Day Rising". In "Mad City: Red Queen", it's used by Jervis in a hostage situation. A nickel version is used by a Jerome cultist in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It".
Smith & Wesson Model 327
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 327 is used by one of the Penguin's hired gunmen disguised as a civilian in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S3E03).
Smith & Wesson Model 460V
A Smith & Wesson Model 460V revolver is used in "Mad City: Anything for You" (S3E05).
Smith & Wesson Model 640
A Smith & Wesson Model 640 is used by Edward Nygma at the end of "Mad City: The Gentle Art of Making Enemies" when he takes out Oswald at the port, using it as his main sidearm.

Several Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs are seen with GCPD officers preparing for an operation in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell", used as their main submachine gun.
IMI Mini-Uzi
IMI Mini-Uzi are seen with Mayor James' close protection officers in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Dwight Pollard (David Dastmalchian) and the Jerome cult use them in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It" and "Mad City: The Gentle Art of Making Enemies".
Interdynamic KG-9
What appears to be an Interdynamic KG-9 with an all-black solid barrel shroud is used one of Penguin's hired gunmen in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S03E03).
M1928 Thompson
The M1928 Thompson is used by the new Red Hood gang as their main weapon in "Mad City: Anything for You" with Butch using one.
Assault Rifles
AKS-74U
An AKS-74U with rails is used by one of Zsasz's assassins hunting Gordon in "Mad City: Ghosts".
Colt M16A1
A Colt M16A1 is seen with Gordon in a hallucination in "Mad City: Red Queen" when he remembers his time in the army. National Guard forces descend into Gotham City armed with M16A1s near the end of the season.
Heckler & Koch G36C
A Heckler & Koch G36C is used by a plainclothes agent guarding Dr. Strange's safehouse in "Mad City: Burn the Witch".

Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Bullocks acquires a couple Mossberg 500 Cruiser shotguns for him and Gordon to use at the end of "Mad City: Ghosts".
Remington 870P
A Remington 870P is used by one of Mayor James' men in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes" (S3E03). One is used by Barnes with just a pistol grip in "The Executioner" (S3E09). Gordon uses it in "Heroes Rise: All Will Be Judged" (S3E19) when he takes out Barnes' ax-blade arm. Bullock uses one with a short barrel in "Heroes Rise: Destiny Calling" (S3E21).
Sawed-off Shotgun
A sawed-off shotgun is used by Jervis' brainwashed wrestlers near the end of "Mad City: New Day Rising" and by other hired men in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". A Jerome cultist uses one in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It".
Single Barreled Shotgun
A Single Barreled Shotgun is used by Alex (Kenny Wong) when he finds an intruder at the pharmacy in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell".

A Mk 2 hand grenade is seen with Barbaraafter she takes it from a captive in the middle of "Mad City: Anything for You". They're seen in "Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It" with the Jerome cult. Nygma uses an all-green Mk 2 grenade in "Heroes Rise: Heavydirtsoul".
M84 Stun Grenade
Dual M84 Stun Grenades are packed up by Alfred, before Bruce uses one to stun a Court of Owls assassin in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster".
Unknown Grenade
An unknown type of grenade is seen used by the rogue Barnes in "Heroes Rise: All Will Be Judged".

Crossbows
Crossbows are seen in "The Executioner" with arbalists sent after Ivy and Selina.
Carbon Express Intercept Axo
A Carbon Express Intercept Axon crossbow is used by Bruce to fire a grappling line in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster".
Gear
A variety of pistols are packed by Alfred in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster" with the M84 grenades.
Mr. Freeze's Freeze Gun (Kel-Tec KSG)
Mr. Freeze uses another version of the freeze gun. The front end suggests the gun is a modified Kel-Tec KSG.
