Batman & Robin is the fourth installment in the Batman film series that began with 1989's Batman. In the 1997 sequel, Batman (this time played by George Clooney) and Robin (Chris O'Donnell), backed by Batgirl (Alicia Silverstone), attempt to save Gotham City from the grips of Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger), Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman) and Bane (Jeep Swenson). Due to disastrous reviews and being a box office bomb, the Batman film franchise would not return to the big screen until the series was rebooted in 2005 with Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins.

The following weapons were used in the film Batman & Robin:

Smith & Wesson Model 19

At the beginning of the film, security guards at the Gotham Museum of Art use Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolvers to open fire on Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger).
