Skyfall marks the 23rd entry in the official James Bond film series. Daniel Craig returns as Agent 007, who questions his loyality to his superior while dealing with the consequences of her past actions when MI6 is attacked. Agent 007 must track down and destroy the threat, however personal the cost. The 2012 film was directed by Sam Mendes, who previously directed Craig in Road to Perdition. After losing the palm print reading model in Macau, Bond carries a regular PPK when back in the UK. It is later used by M (Judi Dench) in the finale attack on Skyfall Lodge.
