The Beretta 92FS is used by Alternate Central City Police Department officers in "Doomworld".

Flintlock Pistols are seen in "Turncoat" with Sara Lance and Jax Jackson (Franz Drameh).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by the Alternate Amaya Jiwe (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) in "Doomworld".
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is used by the amnesiac Rip, now brainwashed by the Legion of Doom, to 1776 to assassinate George Washington at the end of "Legion of Doom", being used as his sidearm. Despite being very close to the camera, the effects to make the gun fire are sloppy done and consist only of a sound effect and crude muzzle flash while the gun remains still.
IMI Uzi Pistol
IMI Uzi Pistols are used by KGB agents in 1987 in "Compromised" during a meeting gone wrong with Darkh.
Luger P08
Abwehr agents disguised as American soldiers open fire on Albert Einstein, Mick and Martin with a Luger P08 with suppressor and later uses by Rip Hunter (Arthur Davrill). Baron Krieger (André Eriksen) hold a Luger P08 in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). The Wehrmarcht uses them as their main sidearm.
M1911A1
Henry Heywood / Commander Steel (Matthew MacCaull) carries a M1911A1 in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02) as his sidearm. It's used by Sarah and Nathan Heywood (Nick Zano) while posing as BI agent Elliot Ness in "The Chicago Way".
Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector
The Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector is used by CIA agents in 1951 to capture Mick, Maya and Nathan as tranquilizer pistols in "Invasion".
Remington 1866 Derringer
The Remington 1866 Derringer is used by a female posse member of Turnbull's gang in "Outlaw Country" (S2E06).
Seburo Compact-eXploder
A Seburo Compact-eXploder is used by Nate in "Aruba" (S2E17) when fighting the Legion of Doom in 1916. A laser pistol, using the eXploder as a base is used by assassins sent on an assassination mission in France in the year 1637 in "Out of Time" (S2E01).
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by security staff working at Star City Hall at the start of "Out of Time" (S2E01).
Smith & Wesson 3913 Ladysmith
A Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" is used by Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) in "Out of Time" (S2E01), used as her main sidearm.
Walther P38
An Abwehr agent disguised as an American soldier fires on Albert Einstein, Mick and Martin with a Walther P38 with suppressor and later during the confrontation with Darhk, an Abwehr agent uses the Walther P38.

The Colt 1860 Army revolver is used by Union Army forces throughout "Abominations" (S2E04).
The Colt 1851 Navy revolver is used by a time traveler and some of the armed men working under Turnbull's gang in Colorado at the start of "Outlaw Country" (S2E06).

The Colt Single Action Army is used by some outlaws in Colorado, including Quentin Turnbull (Jeff Fahey) in "Outlaw Country" (S2E06).
Colt Walker
What appears to be a Colt Walker is used in "Abominations" (S2E04) by a Confederate civilian.
Nagant M1895
What appears to be a heavily modified Nagant M1895 is used by Rip Hunter (Arthur Davrill) as his main sidearm. The pistol is actually an Airsoft replica manufactured by Gletcher (the company logo is visible on the left side of the frame) which has had the ejector rod and housing removed, been fitted with a heavy barrel, and had LED lighting installed inside the cut out cylinder. A Rip Hunter actor is seen in 1967 LA using it during a film shoot in "The Chicago Way".

Wehrmarcht soldiers are armed with Karabiner 98ks seen in World War II, first seen in a black and white image in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). Oddly enough, some US Army soldiers in "Invasion" are seen using them instead of the M1 Garand.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III
The Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III is seen with British and French soldiers fighting in No Man's Land in "Fellowship of the Spear", which is odd for the latter since they don't use it.

The Browning M2HB is strangely seen in a Wehrmarcht convoy during a raid, as well as with American B-17 bombers in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). They're seen mounted on M151 Jeeps in "Invasion".

The Lewis Gun is seen in "Fellowship of the Spear" with British forces in World War I Europe with Mick using it briefly.
Vickers
The Vickers is seen with British and German forces during World War I in "Fellowship of the Spear", the latter being incorrect.

Heatwave's Handheld Flamethrower
Mick uses the handheld flamethrower pistol he used back in the Flash. This weapon is built from a CAA Tactical RONI.
Captain Cold's Gun
The gun used by Leonard Snart was kept by Mick throughout Season 2 and hands it to Ray at the end of "Abomination" as its first appearance. Amaya handles it briefly while taking on Eobard Thawne in "The Chicago Way". Multiple CGs are used by the team when Eobard enter the WaveRider. The pre-Legends Snart uses it as well in the season after being recruited by the Legion of Doom.
Oneida Eagle Kestrel
The Oneida Eagle Kestrel is used by Oliver in "Invasion" as his main weapon.
Custom Pistol
Diggle's custom pistol is seen in "Invasion" when he helps the Legends and other heroes take on the Dominators.
WaveRider Futuristic Arsenal
The futuristic guns is seen in antechamber in the WaveRider, found by Martin Stein and Jefferson "Jax" Jackson in "Shogun" (S2E03).
