The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray). In "The San Dominick" (S12E05), CGIS (Coast Guard Investigative Service) Special Agent Abigail Borin (Diane Neal) carries the P228.

Beretta 92FS

A Beretta 92FS is seen in the hands of Jaime (Erick Lopez) after being cornered by Gibbs near the end of "The San Dominick" (S12E05). Sadiq Samar (Babar Peerzada) keeps one in his trailer for protection in "Neverland" (S12E24).

Colt M1911A1

A Colt M1911A1 pistol is seen in a evidence box in "Parental Guidance Suggested" however unlike most 1911's they comment on how it is a 38 super not 45 acp (S12E06). A stainless steel version is seen in "Neverland" (S12E24) in the hands of Luke Harris (Daniel Zolghadri).

Glock 17

A Glock 17 is used in "Choke Hold" (S12E04) by Dr. Nellie Benin (Victoria Barabas) after she takes it from Leia Pendergast. An Al Zalim terrorist uses one near the end of "The Artful Dodger" (S12E17). Omar Malik (Jay Ali) uses one when he confronts Delilah in her apartment near the end of "Status Update" (S12E18).

Assault Rifles

AKM (mocked up as AK-74M)

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) and his men appear to carry AKM rifles that have been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M. One is possibly used in a jihadi propaganda video in "The Enemy Within" (S12E12).

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) appears to carry an AKM rifle that has been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.

The S-Mine, aka the Schrapnellmine or "Bouncing Betty" is used by "The Calling" in a terror attack in Cairo at the end of "The Lost Boys" (S12E23). It's later seen briefly in "Neverland" (S12E24).

Defense Distributed Liberator

In "The Enemy Within" (S12E12), Randall White (Arlen Escarpeta), Kyle Nasry (Kevin Joy) and Sarah Goode (Lindsey Kraft) uses a fully polymer (excluding nail firing pin and metal weight for legal reasons) pistol known as the "Liberator", a firearm designed by Defense Distributed, whose components can be printed with a 3D printer.
