5.45x39 didn't exist in 1952-1954, it's obviously erroneous. Greg-Z (talk) 02:42, 3 June 2018 (EDT)

It must be, yeah. But every source of info I can find on the web about this rifle makes the same error. Spartan198 (talk) 06:29, 3 June 2018 (EDT)

Besides, that "U-39 Plechovka" from Just Cause 3 doesn't even remotely look like a VAHAN, so the latter has no real business deserving a page for now. --Ultimate94ninja (talk) 06:40, 3 June 2018 (EDT)

I found an article in Kalashnikov magazine about this gun. 5.45mm model is a 1990s rework of original version, made by same designer, Vahan Manasian. First model that Manasian created during his service in Soviet army in 1950s was in 7.62x39 caliber. Greg-Z (talk) 08:24, 3 June 2018 (EDT)

The VAHAN rifle is an assault rifle of Soviet/Armenian origin.
