The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray).
Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380
In (S12E04), Leia Pendergast (Stephanie Jacobsen) pulls a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is used in (S12E04).
Rifles
SVD Dragunov
What appears to be an SVD Dragunov is used by mercenaries in "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).
AKM (mocked up as AK74M)
In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) and his men appear to carry AKM rifles that have been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.
Grenades
F-1 Hand Grenade
Gibbs secures an F-1 hand grenade from the corpse of a mercenary after he gets killed in "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).
Rocket Launcher
