Tremors: A Cold Day In Hell
Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
Tremors: A Cold Day In Hell is the 2018 installment in the Tremors film series. Helmed by Tremors 5 director Don Michael Paul, the sequel finds Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis (Jamie Kennedy) at a remote research station in the Canadian arctic tundra, where they must go up against Graboids and Assblasters that are terrorizing the scientists working there.
The following weapons were used in the film Tremors: A Cold Day In Hell:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Much like his sidearm preference in Tremors 2, Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) appears to carry a pair of Beretta 92FS pistols once again and even fires them both simultaneously at threats. Because the production was filmed in South Africa, these are likely the Vektor Z88, the South African copy of the Beretta 92FS.

Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 586
Agent Dalkwed (Danny Keogh) briefly flashes a holstered revolver to Burt inside Chang's Market. The only way to remotely get an idea of what this revolver is for sure is its for sure a Smith & Wesson, it's blued, and the holster it is in looks like it would fit a Model 586.

Rifles/Carbines
Heckler & Koch G3A3
Returning from Tremors 5, the Heckler & Koch G3A3 is likely standing in for the HK91 given to Burt in the previous film. Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) heavily uses the rifle in the outing with Burt (Michael Gross) also seen in possession of it.

Vektor R5
Possibly a returning or similar prop remodified from Tremors 5. Burt (Michael Gross) appears to use another modified Vektor R5 once again in this film, this one appears to have a collapsible stock, rail system, Aimpoint sight, a light, and a bipod. The rifle is also used by Valerie (Jamie-Lee Money).

M4A1
DARPA security team members are armed with M4A1 rifles topped with ACOGs and various other accessories, they fire them ineffectively at Graboids on a couple occasions in the film.
Lee-Speed Sporter
Aklark (Keeno Lee Hector) carries a scoped Lee-Speed Sporter throughout the film. Burt comments that hunting Graboids with it is like shooting a sling shot at a Sherman Tank. This is also likely a reused prop from the last film made to look different with a scope added.

Unidentified Bolt-Action Rifle
A presently unidentified rifle is used by Dr. Rita Sims (Tanya van Graan). It looks like a Winchester Model 70 or a sporterized Mauser.
