Orion Flare Gun

Maggie Rhee (Lauren Cohan) fires a Orion Flare Gun into the sky to make sure Nina (Pallavi Sastry) finds their group in "Old Acquaintances" (S1E01). Ginny (Mahina Napoleon) finds her gun in the backpack at the beginning of "Stories We Tell Ourselves" (S1E05) and later steals it and shoots it into the sky to get Negan's attention.

Rifles

Colt Model 727

A marshal for New Babylon named Gritz (David Chen) is armed with a Colt Model 727 carbine during the chase for Negan in "Old Acquaintances" (S1E01). The same rifle also can be seen on the back of the zombified Gritz in "Who's There?" (S1E02).

Gritz (David Chen) guards the exit of the building with the carbine to prevent the criminals from escaping.
Pearlie notices his dead colleague with the Colt Model 727 behind his back in "Who's There?" (S1E02). Note the fixed carry handle. This is most likely a continuity error, since Gritz was holding the rifle at the time of his death.

M1 Carbine

A marshal for New Babylon named Perlie Armstrong (Gaius Charles) is armed with a scoped M1 Carbine during the chase for Negan in "Old Acquaintances" (S1E01). During the fight, Maggie (Lauren Cohan) briefly snatches the gun. In "Who's There?" (S1E02) he spots the gun on the floor but for some reason does not take it with him.

M1 Carbine - .30 Carbine
Marshal Armstrong aims his carbine after noticing his colleague's abduction in "Old Acquaintances" (S1E01).
He mounts the bayonet before going to Manhattan.
Pearlie (Gaius Charles) shoots in a laundromat.

Maggie takes the rifle away and knocks out the chaser.
The rifle keeps lying on the floor in "Who's There?" (S1E02) after the confrontation with the walkers and Maggie.

Other

Bows

Guards of the Bricks who witnessed Ginny's return to the community in "Doma Smo" (S1E06) are armed with bows.

Two armed guards stand behind the fence while Nina greets the girl.

M1 Abrams

An M1 Abrams tank can be seen in the intro to each episode. Its turret-mounted Browning M2HB and M240D machine guns are missing.

The abandoned tank can be seen in the intro to the episodes.
