Handguns
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the standard sidearm of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the series. The same pistol also shows up on several occasions in the hands of other characters.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used by General Talbot and USAF airmen who accompany him near the end of "The Return" (S4E21).
FN Five-seveN USG
The FN Five-seveN USG is used by Framework HYDRA agents.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 with a stainless steel slide is used by Coulson after he and the others rescue Yo-Yo from Watchdogs near the end of "Uprising" (S4E03). Some of the armed men helping Morrow are armed with this in "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics" (S4E08). Fitz uses it at the end of "Wake Up" (S4E11) to open fire at Radcliffe at the holding cell in the Playground. May uses it as her official sidearm before SHIELD changed sidearm. Most law enforcement agencies use factory black Glock 17 pistols as their sidearm.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is used by the fake May (Ming-Na Wen) in "Hot Potato Soup" (S4E12).
Glock 43
Billy Koenig (Patton Oswalt) is seen using a Glock 43 during an arcade game session in "Hot Potato Soup" (S4E12).
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM with a stainless steel body is used by the LMD version of Anton Ivanov (Zach McGowan) in "All the Madame's Men" (S4E19).
Orion Flare Gun
An Orion Flare Gun is used by Coulson during a hostage rescue mission in "Uprising" (S4E03).
Ruger Mk I
A Ruger Mk I with an integral suppressor, depicted as a stun gun, is used by Framework HYDRA agents when a non-lethal solution is required.
Ruger P-series pistol
A Ruger P-series pistol is used by Skye to shoot at a Triad 49er in "Deal with our Devils" (S4E07). Some of the armed men working for Morrow use them in "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics" (S4E08).
SIG-Sauer P226
SIG-Sauer P226 pistols are seen used by Triad 49er soldiers in "The Ghost" (S4E01).
SIG-Sauer P226R
A SIG-Sauer P226R is used by Watchdog terrorist Terrence Shockley (John Pyper-Ferguson) in the season.
SIG-Sauer P228
A SIG-Sauer P228 is used by an armed rioter in the middle of "Uprising" (S4E03). A mercenary leader confronts Director Jeffrey Mace near the end of "The Patriot" (S4E10).
SIG-Sauer P229R
A SIG-Sauer P229R is taken from a Watchdog terrorist by Vijay Nadeer (Manish Dayal) near the end of "Borken Promises" (S4E09).
Springfield Armory XD
A Springfield Armory XD with a stainless steel slide is used in "Hot Potato Soup" (S4E12) by Shockley. It is likely the same prop used by Vanchat in Season 1.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is used by a Russian Watchdog terrorist in "Hot Potato Soup" (S4E12).
Submachine Guns
FN P90
The FN P90 is used by Framework HYDRA assaulters as their main submachine gun.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s with railed handguards are used in "The Patriot" (S4E10) by some mercenaries. Simmons uses once when the Playground goes on lockdown in "Self Control" (S4E15). Coulson uses it when he infiltrates a HYDRA compound in "No Regrets" (S41E18).
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
The Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is used by Simmons in an entrapment operation in "World's End" (S4E22).
Heckler & Koch UMP45
A Heckler & Koch UMP is used in "The Ghost" (S4E01) by an Aryan Brotherhood thug.
IMI Micro Uzi
An IMI Micro Uzi is used by a Triad officer in "The Ghost" (S4E01).
Ingram MAC-10
An Ingram MAC-10 with a barrel extension is seen in a flashback sequence in "The Good Samaritan" (S4E06) by an armed assassin.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser with an axe blade attached is used by Mack as his main weapon of choice.
Remington 870
A Remington 870 was used by the South Ridge Penitentiary warden in "Lockup" (S4E05).
Assault Rifles
AKM
The AKM is seen with Russian SVR forces in a flashback sequence in "The Man Behind the Shield" (S4E14).
AR-15 carbine
AR-15 carbines are used by the Watchdogs in an ambush in "Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire" (S3E04).
Colt M4A1
A Colt M4A1 is used by a Watchdogs terrorist during an attack in Miami in the middle of "Uprising" (S4E03), being used as one of their weapons alongside the G36C. SHIELD assaulters use them as one of their main weapons. USAF Airmen use them in the raid on the Playground in "The Return" (S4E21). A black ops element snatches Coulson's team at the end of "World's End" (S4E22).
FN F2000 Tactical
FN F2000 Tacticals are used by Framework HYDRA assaulters as their main assault rifle.
FN SCAR-L
The FN SCAR-L appears to be used by a Watchdogs terrorist in "Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire" (S3E04), being used as one of their weapons.
Heckler & Koch HK416
A Heckler & Koch HK416 is used by an armed mercenary going after Director Mace in "The Patriot" (S4E10) with Coulson using it in a siege.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Heckler & Koch G36C rifles are used by some of the Watchdogs in "Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire" (S4E04).
IWI CTAR-21
An IWI CTAR-21 with a tan finish is used as a light gun by Billy Koenig during an arcade game session in "Hot Potato Soup" (S4E12).
Noveske N4 Diplomat
A Noveske N4 Diplomat with a desert tan camo finish is used by a mercenary in "The Patriot" (S4E10).
SIG SG 552
A few SIG SG 552s are used by mercenaries in "The Patriot" (S4E10) with Mack using one as well.
Sniper Rifles
Barrett Model 98 Bravo
A Barrett Model 98 Bravo is used by the Framework version of Ward, first seen in "Identity and Change" (S4E17).
Fostech Origin-12
The Fostech Origin-12 is used by Yuri Zaikin (Troy Caylak) as a special sniper rifle meant to fire explosive-type bullets in "The Patriot" (S4E10). The same prop was used in Luke Cage - Season 1 to fire the same type of bullets.
Grenades
M67 Frag Grenade
An M67 hand grenade is seen taken by Mack from a mercenary's stash in "The Patriot" (S4E10).
Grenade Launchers
MGL Mk 1L
A MGL Mk 1L grenade launcher is used by HYDRA soldiers in "All the Madame's Men" (S04E19).
I.C.E.R. Small Arms
I.C.E.R. Pistol (WE Hi-Capa 3.8 C)
The I.C.E.R. Pistol is used by all SHIELD forces when a non-lethal option is required at all costs.

An RPG-7 is used in "The Ghost" (S4E01) by an Aryan Brotherhood thug. Mack uses it to breach the perimeter of an abandoned Soviet Navy submarine base at the end of "The Man Behind the Shield" (S4E14).
