The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series Law & Order: Criminal Intent:
Pistols
Glock 19
Many of the Major Case Squad detectives, including Det. Robert Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Det. G. Lynn Bishop (Samantha Buck). NYPD uniformed officers also carry the Glock 19. In reality, the Model 19 is the only Glock model authorized by the NYPD for onduty carry by its officers.
Glock 26
Det. Alexandra Eames (Kathryn Erbe) carries a Glock 26 as her sidearm for the remainder of the series. In reality, the Glock 26 is only authorized to be carried as an offduty weapon.
New England Firearms Model B22 Starter Pistol
Donny DePalma (Charles Rocket) uses what appears to be a New England Firearms Model B22 starter pistol during a confrontation with Det. Eames in "Pas de Deux" (S3E13).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is carried by ESU officers.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
ESU officers are also seen armed with what appear to be Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW SMG's throughout the series.
Spectre M4
A Spectre M4 is seen held in "Stray" (S3E06). The submachine gun seen doesn't have the foregrip and doesn't appear to have the stock either, making it most likely the semi-auto version of the Spectre.
