Fear the Walking Dead is the prequel series to The Walking Dead and follows a group of survivors living in Los Angeles during the early days of the virus outbreak that causes the deceased to be resurrected as flesh-eating "walkers". Created by Robert Kirkman, the first season premiered August 23, 2015 on AMC.

Pistols
Smith & Wesson 539
Calvin (Keith Powers) pulls a nickel Smith & Wesson 539 on Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) at the end of the series premiere "Pilot" (S01E01).
Beretta 92FS
An LAPD officer uses a Beretta 92FS to open fire at an approaching walker in "So Close, Yet So Far" (S1E02).
Shotguns
Over and Under Shotgun (O/U)
Madison Bennett (Kim Dickens) recvovers a Browning 5.25 O/U shotgun from her neighbor's house in "The Dog" (S01E03). Several other characters also handle it during the episode, most notably (and to the best effect) by Daniel (Rubén Blades).
