FGM-148 Javelin

Agency head Aimes (Alan Ritchson) uses what appears to be an FGM-148 Javelin launcher to shoot down a military transport plane. While not designed as an anti-aircraft weapon, the missile does have a secondary anti-helicopter capability, and a head-on shot against an airplane is actually quite plausible.
