Conviction was a 2006 television drama that focused on ambitious young lawyers who work as Assistant District Attorneys for New York City. The series was created by Dick Wolf and is set in the same universe as Law & Order and its spinoffs. The cast also included Stephanie March, who reprised her Law & Order: Special Victims Unit role as Alexandra Cabot. The series aired for 12 episodes in the US on NBC in 2006 and two cast members from this series would later be cast as regulars in other Law & Order series: Julianne Nicholson in Season 6 of Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Milena Govich in Season 17 of the original Law & Order.
