Hannibal King (Ryan Reynolds) carries a modified Smith & Wesson Model 610 as his sidearm. It is most notably seen when Blade (Wesley Snipes) uses it when he and the Nightstalkers escape the FBI headquarters. This revolver was designated "The BEEF EATER" by the weapons designer, TyRuben Ellingson [1].

Danica Talos (Parker Posey) also uses a satin nickel version of the AP-9 when she is shooting at Abigail (Jessica Biel) on the catwalk at the end of the film.

When the FBI raid Blade's hideout, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) uses a customized Remington 870 fitted with a heat-shield, a side-saddle shell holder on the receiver in addition to a fabric shell holder on the stock, and a Surefire foregrip; When this gun runs out of ammo, he grabs a second Remington 870 with a high capacity magazine tube and uses that before he is injured.

Electronic Pistols
Hannibal King (Ryan Reynolds) carries a pair of fictional "Electronic Pistols" that fire "Sun Dogs," explosive rounds that emit a burst of ultraviolet light. A miniature camera is mounted next to the barrel, recording to a disc housed in the rear of the slide assembly.

Winchester Model 1887 (Modified)
In the armory, Hannibal (Ryan Reynolds) shows off the Nightstalkers' take on "the Army's Individual Combat Weapon," designed to fire multiple types of ammunition, including silver stakes, UV-explosive rounds, or grenades. The weapon is actually a heavily modified Winchester Model 1887.
The weapon is not used or seen again in the film; however, in the alternate ending featured on the DVD's special features, he fires it when the Nightstalkers track down a werewolf in a Hong Kong casino.
The concept artist for the film, TyRuben Ellingson, refers to the weapon as "the Bone Jack;" during production it was also called "the Mudflap Gun" for the silhouette of Leta Laroe on the stock. The Bone Jack was to have a larger role before being cut; it could fire multiple types of vampire killing ammunition, from the "Sun Dogs" used in other Nightstalker weapons to stakes and grenades.
This prop has since appeared in a few other productions, with the Mudflap Girl generally removed (for example, in the television series Eureka).
