Released in September 2018. The guns in this game have been deliberately redesigned to avoid copyright issues, and thus appear different to their real-life counterparts.
The following weapons appear in the video game Shadow of the Tomb Raider:
Handguns
M1911
An M1911 variant is called the "AB. 45" in-game (short for Altar Boy). It can have a flare and/or suppressor added to it.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The Desert Eagle is imaginatively renamed the "River Hawk" and is the most powerful self-loading pistol in the game. Unlike a real Desert Eagle, the trigger guard is shaped differently, and there is no safety catch on the slide.
CZ-75
A Pistol based on the CZ-75 is called the "C&T S55" in game.
Luger P08
A Luger P08 with integrated suppressor is known as the "Silent Sting" in game. The name is likely an allusion to the 1962 environmental science book "Silent Spring" by Rachel Carson.
H&K USP Match
A staple of the Tomb Raider series since Angelina Jolie stepped into Lara's boots back in 2001, this pistol is available as a non-upgradeable DLC weapon called the "K&H KAP."
Smith & Wesson Model 29
The "J&D Model 27" is based on a S&W Model 29. Whilst it may no longer be the "most powerful handgun in the world," once fully upgraded, it is the most powerful handgun on this game.
Shotguns
Benelli M3 Super 90
The Force of Chaos Gear DLC features the "Whispering Scourge" suppressed shotgun, which is based on the Benelli M3 Super 90 with an external suppressor. It appears to have been fitted with the foregrip from the M3's successor, the M4 Super 90, as well as a stock-mounted shell holder. It is only operated in pump-action mode. The developers decided to copy the animation from the Mossberg pump-action shotgun below. As a result, Lara holds the shotgun like it has a rifle grip, rather than using the pistol grip.
Daewoo USAS-12
The "WHWS-16" fully-automatic shotgun is based primarily off the Daewoo USAS-12, but it also borrows design elements from the SIG 551-A1.
Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 is called the "TAEV 16." It functions in semi-automatic mode, offering a balance between fire rate and shot power.
Mossberg 500AT
The Mossberg 500AT forms the basis for the "Bishop 600" pump-action shotgun. A golden version of this gun is available as a Square Enix social reward.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
The 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun appears as the "Sedgwick 707". Its name seems to hint that it is based on one of the Savage double-barreled shotguns.
Submachine Guns
MAC-10
Known as the "NEP-14" in game. Despite being a submachine gun, this is placed in the handgun slot on the game. For game balance, it features a smaller magazine than the usual MAC 10, with a 20-round capacity.
H&K MP5A3
An SMG based on the Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is called the "WASP 11," with the sliding stock removed along with its adjustment lever (there is no sling hook as would be found on the SD1-style receiver cap). The magazine is also straight and comes down vertically.
Assault/Battle Rifles
FN FNC
A rifle resembling the Indonesian variant of the FN FNC, but also with a front hand grip and sight similar to an IMI Galil, appears as the "Vicar Mark II." As well as being in-keeping with the religiously themed names of Trinity's arsenal, its name also may be an allusion to the Vickers Mk1 machine gun.
Bushmaster ACR with M203 grenade launcher
A non-upgradeable DLC weapon, the Bushmaster ACR-type rifle is known as the "Umbrage 3-80." It has an integrated suppressor and is also the only rifle to feature an actual M-203 launcher rather than a home made version. For some reason, the game model does not have a magazine.
FN FAL
Another highly imaginative rename, the FAL is known as the "GF RAL." Like the L1A1 SLR variant previously used by the British army, it only fires in semi-auto mode.
Machine Guns
FN M249
This is known as the "PN-TF-267" (PN-TF being an abbreviation of Pontiff). This is placed in the machine gun/assault rifle slot. Note the plastic stock, as on the later revisions of M249.
