Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the 2016 superhero feature film that marks the first live action pairing of Superman and Batman. Henry Cavill returns as Clark Kent/Superman from Man of Steel and Ben Affleck makes his debut as Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film was directed by Zack Snyder and also is part of the DC Extended Universe, which includes Man of Steel, Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman (2017).
NOTE: Some of the screencaps are from the Ultimate Edition, which adds an additional 30-minutes of previously-cut footage to the film.

AKMS
Some of the General's men are also armed with AKMS rifles.
AKMSU
One of the General's men is armed with an AKMSU.
FN SCAR-L
Members of LexCorp security are armed with the FN SCAR-L. In a dream sequence, Batman uses one with a sling and a joker card taped to the stock. Several mercenaries also are armed with the rifle when confronted by Batman in a warehouse. All the SCAR-L's in the film have black and gray two-tone finishes and are seen with both 10 and 14 inch barrels.
Heckler & Koch G36C
In a dream sequence, Heckler & Koch G36Cs are used by Superman's (Henry Cavill) soldiers in Batman's (Ben Affleck) vision. A G36C also is seen in the hands of Batman in this sequence, taken off a soldier. A henchman also uses a G36C while confronting Batman in a warehouse.

U.S. Army soldiers, Metropolitan police officers, and FBI SWAT agents are seen armed with M4A1 Carbines, most of which are fitted with various attachments such as KAC RIS forends and SureFire M500 forend weapon lights, vertical foregrips, tactical lights, EOTech sights, MagPul CTR stocks, and PMAGs. One of Batman's resistance fighters in the Knightmare is also armed with an M4A1.

Remington 700 (Bell & Carlson Varmint/Tactical stock)
Batman is seen on a rooftop armed with a sniper rifle that is used to fire a tracking beacon on a convey led by Knyazev. Based on production stills, this rifle appears to be a Remington 700 action fitted into a wood or wood-effect version of the Bell & Carlson Varmint/Tactical stock.

Launchers
FN MK 13 EGLM
A black stand-alone FN MK 13 grenade launcher is used by Batman to fire grenades, smoke rounds, or, as is seen in the film, Kryptonite rounds, which he fires at Superman and Doomsday. For no discernible reason, the MK 13 has two GG&G Harris Bipod Adapters mounted on the left-hand side rail, seemingly for sling points. According to prop master Douglas Harlocker, the MK 13 was used because it has a "Batman-ish" feel, being "complicated. but not over-complicated" and "the scale was really good for [Batman]," plus he'd never seen it in a movie before (guess he doesn't visit IMFDB; it was in Transformers: Dark of the Moon). Harlocker also claims that, after Zack Snyder approved the MK 13, it was painted and had its stock apparently modified, despite the fact that the stock actually appears to be... stock.
FGM-148 Javelin
A mockup of the FGM-148 Javelin is in the hands of Anatoli Knyazev (Callan Mulvey) during a chase with Batman.
Mk 19 grenade launcher
The Mk 19 grenade launcher is seen mounted along with a Browning M2HB in a weapons system firing on Superman during his confrontation with the Dark Knight.
Other
Flamethrower

CTS Model 7290M Mini Bang
A CTS Model 7290M Mini Bang, modified (apparently) by Independent Studio Services to be the fictional EFS Model 6500G (presumably for legal reasons), is used in the film. Notably, the new address on the prop is ISS's actual address and the U.S. patent number actually corresponds with a patent for a "pumping assembly for well fluids" filled in 1955.
"HMX" Grenade
One of Knayzev's henchmen attempts to throw a grenade at Batman. This grenade has "HMX" imprinted on its shell.
M230 Chain Gun
The M230 Chain Gun is the armament used by AH-64 Apaches that engage the Doomsday creature in Gotham. In the Knightmare, Black Hawk helicopters also are armed with the M230 chain gun.
M101 Howitzer
Three M101 howitzers are fired at a funeral. The three howitzers were provided by weapons expert Gary Harper, owner of Harperhaus Weapons. They had their upper shields removed and hydraulic systems modified to recoil while using special blank ammunition designed by Harper for the film.
General Dynamics GAU-22/A
During the Battle of Metropolis sequence which takes place during the events of Man of Steel, F-35 Lightning IIs attempting to engage Zod's ship are armed with GAU-22/As.
The Batcave Armory
When Bruce views his Batsuit in addition to the suit worn by his former partner Robin, several weapons are seen behind the costumes. These weapons are not readily visible in the film, but are seen in some production photos.
