Deadpool is the 2016 feature film adaptation of the Marvel comic book character created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld. Directed by Tim Miller, the film follows Wade Wilson, a former mercenary and hitman who after being diagnosed with terminal cancer, agrees to undergo an experimental procedure that could possibly cure him. When the procedure is interrupted, Wilson gains an extremely enhanced healing factor, but is left permanently disfigured. He subsequently takes up the alter ego of Deadpool, and uses his prior Special Forces training and his newly acquired powers to hunt down the man who nearly destroyed his life. This is the second time Ryan Reynolds has portrayed the character of Deadpool, having previously appeared as a version of the character in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Reynolds would return as the anti-hero in the 2018 sequel Deadpool 2.
Handguns
IMI/IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) can be seen dual-wielding IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX pistols as his primary firearms, using them to great effect. His Desert Eagles are current-production Mark XIX models with over-barrel Picatinny-style rails made by IWI in Israel. They are recognizable by their safeties, which are retained from the original production Mark XIX; the U.S.-made Magnum Research version, in contrast, now has the "teardrop"-style safety found on the original Mark I.
The Desert Eagles used in the films are chambered in .50 AE, based on shots of the shell casings (with .50 AE clearly visible) and the lack of fluting on the barrels. Strangely, his Desert Eagles are not fully loaded, as he states he has "12 bullets" in the highway fight. He shoots 6 rounds from each gun before they go empty. Desert Eagle handguns in .50 AE hold 7+1 rounds. Also, at another noteworthy point, every primer of the spent casings are marked with the number of the round spent (from 12 to 1). The "12 bullets" highway fight was originally meant to be "16 bullets" (revealed in BTS interviews), which would mean both pistols were fully loaded, including both guns each chambered in the barrel.
Beretta 92FS Inox
One of the patrons at the "Sister Margaret's Home for Wayward Girls" pulls a Beretta 92FS Inox when Weasel (T.J. Miller) gets threatened.
Beretta Px4 Storm
One of the bar patrons at the "Sister Margaret's Home for Wayward Girls" pulls a Beretta Px4 Storm pistol.
Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket
"Blind Al" (Leslie Uggams) gives Deadpool a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket with pearl grips. Weasel (T.J. Miller) mentions that it's a .45 caliber, but in reality, the pistol is only a .25. Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) fires the same pistol in an extended scene.
Glock 17
Several of Ajax's mercenaries carries a Glock 17s. Deadpool also carried a Glock 17 in his gun bag as he heads to the scrapyard.
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 without a barrel thread protector is another weapon gathered up by Wade before confronting Ajax at the scrapyard.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
When Wade gathers up "all the guns", a Smith & Wesson Model 29 revolver with a 8 3/8" barrel is seen being put in a bag.
Para-Ordnance P14.45 Limited
Before becoming Deadpool, Wade Wilson carries a Para-Ordnance P14.45 Limited pistol.
TiSAS Zigana F
One of the bar patrons pulls a TiSAS Zigana F pistol.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Ajax's motorcycle mercenaries use the Heckler & Koch MP5K against Deadpool.
Heckler & Koch UMP45
A Heckler & Koch UMP45 is another weapon gathered up by Wade before confronting Ajax at the scrapyard.
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Soldiers with a warlord in the beginning of the movie are seen with Heckler & Koch MP7A1s.
IMI Mini Uzi
A Mini Uzi is another weapon gathered up by Wade before confronting Ajax at the scrapyard.
Rifles/Carbines
FN SCAR-L
Some of Ajax's mercenaries who engage Deadpool on the bridge carry black FN SCAR-Ls fitted with EOTech 552 sights and Magpul AFGs.
IMI Galil SAR
What appears to be an IMI Galil SAR rifle is gathered up among the rest of the guns. It's likely that this is a Valmet Rifle converted into a Galil SAR clone. The reasoning is that the IMI Galil SAR has never been made in 7.62X39mm and there are Valmet rifles in that caliber that have been converted into Galil SAR clones running from AK magazines.
IMI Tavor CTAR-21
Some of Ajax's mercenaries getting helplessly cut down by Deadpool at the scrapyard carry IMI Tavor CTAR-21s.
IWI X95
Some of Ajax's mercenaries also carry IWI X95s at the scrapyard as they also get helplessly cut down by Deadpool.
Norinco Type 84S-2
A Norinco Type 84S-2 fitted with a black polymer pistol grip and handguard is gathered up among the rest of the guns.
SIG SG 552
Some of Ajax's mercenaries who engage Deadpool on the bridge carry SIG SG 552s fitted with EOTech 551 sights and Magpul AFGs.
Steyr AUG A1
The Steyr AUG A1 is seen in the hands of Al (Leslie Uggams).
Shotguns
Remington 870 (Short Barreled)
When Wade asks for "all the guns", Weasel (T.J. Miller) first takes up a short-barreled Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a side folding stock. A second short-barreled 870 with front and rear pistol grips and a top folding stock is picked up by Wade. The short-barreled 870 handled by Weasel and seen in the gun bag appears to be an airsoft model, the plasticy finish, incorrect looking pump, the presences of a inner-barrel, and a tube mag support ring around a barrel this short gives this away as a airsoft replica.
UTAS UTS-15
The UTAS UTS-15 is used by some of Ajax's mercenaries against Deadpool at the scrapyard.
Machine Guns
Daewoo K3
Any time the M249 SAW Paras are shown firing they become full-length Daewoo K3s fitted with the same collapsible stock and railed handguard, and are fitted with EOTech 551 sights.
FN M249 SAW Para
FN M249 SAW Paras with Rapid Fielding Initiative parts and fitted with both EOTech 552 and 551 sights are wielded by some of Ajax's mercenaries against Deadpool at the scrapyard. They seem to switch to full-length Daewoo K3s whenever they are shown firing, hinting that they are airsoft versions of the FN M249 SAW Para.
Other
M67 Hand Grenade
One of Ajax's mercenaries attempts to take out Deadpool with a M67 Hand Grenade
M72 LAW
One of of Ajax's mercenaries is seen with M72 LAW rocket launchers when confronting Deadpool at the scrapyard.
World War II Poster
In his room, Deadpool has a small framed display of miniature versions of U.S. firearms of World War II.
