The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.:
Handguns
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the standard sidearm of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the series. The same pistol also shows up on several occasions in the hands of other characters.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
Aside from the full-size variant, the Smith & Wesson M&P Compact is used by the field agents throughout the season as their preferred sidearm when the mission requires higher mobility.
Smith & Wesson 910
Skye (Chloe Bennet) is given a Smith & Wesson 910 in "Eye Spy" (S1E04). For some reason she was not provided the standard M&P, which would have avoided her goof of mistaking the mag release for the safety.
Smith & Wesson 5906 (mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE)
A Smith & Wesson 5906 mocked up as a Metal Storm VLE can be seen in Agent Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. memorabilia collection in "Eye Spy" (S1E04). The weapon consists of a late model 5906 frame fitted with four fake barrels.
Glock 19
One of the henchman that Ward fights during his mission to Paris in the pilot (S01E01) appears to be armed with a Glock 19, but it is possible that it is a stunt prop replica.
Glock 19C
Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) uses a Glock 19C taken from a disarmed PMP soldier in "0-8-4" (S1E02).
Glock 17
S.H.I.E.L.D. guards and LAPD police officers can be seen with Glock 17s throughout the season. It's also seen carried by security guards in "Girl in the Flower Dress" (S1E05). Batesville police use the Glock 17 as their main sidearm in "Repairs" (S1E09). A Glock 17 appears to be in the drop leg holster of S.H.I.E.L.D. agent John Garrett (Bill Paxton) in "T.A.H.I.T.I." (S1E14), serving as his main sidearm.
Glock 26
A Glock 26 is seen being taken away from Skye by Ward in "Nothing Personal" (S1E20).
Auto Ordnance M1911A1
Peruvian Army Military Police (PMP) soldiers can be seen carrying the Auto Ordnance M1911A1 as their standard pistol in "0-8-4". One with a ring hammer can be seen handled by Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen), taken from a disarmed PMP member in the same episode. An armed man in a bar near the unofficial South Ossetian border possibly uses one in "The Well" (S1E08).
Beretta 92FS
A couple of security guards responding to a break-in by Skye at the Rathman estate in "The Magical Place" (S1E11) use Beretta 92FS pistols as their main sidearms. Skye briefly uses one after she disarms one of them. In "Nothing Personal" (S1E20), USAF Col. Glenn Talbot (Adrian Pasdar) pulls a Beretta 92FS during a fight with Coulson.
Beretta 92FS Compact
A corrupt Polizia di Stato officer named Russo (Carlo Rota) is armed with a Beretta 92FS Compact in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S1E13).
Browning Hi-Power
In "Eye Spy" (S1E04), Belarusian security guards use Browning Hi-Powers, one of which is taken by Agent Ward (Brett Dalton).
Colt MK IV Series 80
Camilla Reyes (Leonor Varela) uses a nickel plated Colt MK IV Series 80 with pearl grips as her main sidearm in "0-8-4" (S1E02).
Heckler & Koch USP
The guards at Ian Quinn's Maltese Estate carry Heckler & Koch USPs in "The Asset" (S1E03). Carlo (T.J. Ramini) and his mercenary subordinates aim Heckler & Koch USPs with stainless slides in "T.R.A.C.K.S." (S1E13). Wards uses the stainless USP when he was brainwashed by Lorelei to hijack the Bus near the end of "Yes Men" (S1E15).
