Colonel Ray Schoonover (Clancy Brown) pulls a Beretta 92FS in "The Dark at the End of the Tunnel" (S2E12).

The Beretta Px4 Storm is used by an Irish gangster in "Penny and Dime" (S2E04).
Heckler & Koch P30
A Heckler & Koch P30 is used by an Irish gangster in "Penny and Dime" (S2E04). Frank later disarms the gangster of the P30 and uses it.
Springfield Armory XDM 3.8" Compact
At the end of "Bang" (S2E01), Frank pulls what appears to be a Springfield Armory XDM Compact from an ankle holster to shoot Matt.

In "Penny and Dime" (S2E04), Frank draws what appears to be Para 1911 G.I. Expert when confronted at the carousel.

Llama III-A
When she's confronted by Frank, Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) takes out a pistol that resembles a Llama III-A in "The Man in the Box" (S2E10). In ".380" (S2E11), Frank identifies the pistol as a ".380" and says that it showed some thought in choosing the weapon.
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is carried by various officers of the NYPD including Sgt. Brett Mahoney (Royce Johnson).
SIG Pro SP 2022
In ".380" (S2E11), a hospital guard drops a SIG Pro SP 2022 on the floor that Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) attempts to pick up.

A two-tone SIG-Sauer P229 Elite appears to be the pistol seen in "Semper Fidelis" (S2E07).
CZ P-07 Duty
A gangster uses the CZ P-07 Duty in "Bang" (S2E01).
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center TRR8
In "New York's Finest" (S2E03), Frank Castle/The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) can be seen standing over Daredevil armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center TRR8. This revolver is sold with detachable under-barrel and scope rails, both of which are fitted in this case.

In "New York's Finest" (S2E03), Frank is seen attaching with duct tape what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 327 Night Guard to the hand of Matt. Frank refers to the revolver as a ".357 Magnum".

Ithaca 37 (Custom Short Barrel Stakeout)
In "Bang" (S2E01), a customized Ithaca 37 Stakeout shotgun with a shortened barrel and magazine tube, a ventilated barrel shroud and a folding vertical grip is used by Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) while in a hospital.

CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 submachine guns are used by operatives of the Hand, notably in "Semper Fidelis" (S2E07).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Irish gangsters are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns fitted with Surefire dedicated forend weaponlight & M68 Aimpoint red dot scopes in "Penny and Dime" (S2E04).
Uzi
Uzi submachine guns are used by operatives of the Hand, notably in "Semper Fidelis" (S2E07). Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) is also seen using an Uzi to knock some of the operatives.

During "Dogs to a Gunfight" (S2E02), Frank is armed with a suppressed Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout.

The SR-25 rifle is found by Matt in "Dogs to a Gunfight" (S2E02).
Remington 700PSS
The Remington 700PSS is one of the rifles used by NYPD ESU snipers in "Dogs to a Gunfight" (S2E02).

In "A Cold Day In Hell's Kitchen" (S2E13), Frank is seen with a Barrett MRAD, or Multi-Role Adaptive Design rifle.

M134 Minigun (Handheld)
The handheld version of the M134 Minigun is found in a weapons cache uncovered by Frank in "The Dark at the End of the Tunnel" (S2E12). He later is seen handling the weapon in the Season 2 finale "A Cold Day in Hell's Kitchen" (S2E13).
Other
Taser
Taser pistols are used by gangsters to subdue Frank in "Penny and Dime" (S2E04).
Hidden Weapons Cache
In "The Dark at the End of the Tunnel" (S2E12), Frank finds a hidden weapons cache that contains several heavy weapons.
