The series boasted many well known figures to portray villains, including Burgess Meredith, Cesar Romero, Frank Gorshin, Liberace, Cliff Robertson, and Eli Wallach. The series premiered in the US on ABC in January of 1966 and aired 120 episodes until 1968.
