Pistols

Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Phase II Prototype

In the arcade version, VSSE agents Keith Martin and Robert Baxter both use a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 Phase II Prototype pistol. Keith's Mk 23 is two-tone while Baxter's is not. According from Arcade version's website, VSSE adopt the Mk 23 Phase II Prototype as main sidearm and called "Special Handgun for VSSE Agents".

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

In the PS2 version, VSSE agents Keith Martin and Robert Baxter both use a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 with a LAM module. Richard Miller also uses two-tone Mark 23 In the final mission of Crisis Mission mode.

Glock 17

2nd generation Glock 17s are used by NDI paramilitary soldiers as their main sidearm. VSSE agent Christy Ryan briefly uses this in the PS2 version.

Mauser C96

Wild Dog uses his Mauser C96 to battle Keith and Robert near the end of the game, serving once again as his main sidearm.

Submachine Guns

"NDI special submachine gun"

NDI officer Jacob Kinisky and several NDI soldiers use a fictional submachine gun called the "NDI special submachine gun". It is largely based on the PM-98 Glauberyt. Robert picks up the SMG during stage 1 area 2 against the APC while in stage 2 area 1, both Keith and Robert use the SMG against the APC.

The Browning M2 is seen mounted on NDI's modified VAB armoured personnel carrier.

General Electric M61 Vulcan

In both versions of the game, a clearly oversized M61 Vulcan is seen mounted on NDI's armored cruiser. NDI officer Buff Bryant also uses a handheld M61 to battle Keith and Robert as his main weapon.

Fictional gun arm

Wild Dog uses a Gatling gun arm to replace the left arm he amputated after his defeat in the first game. He used it to battle Keith and Robert.
