Beretta 92FS

A Beretta 92FS is used by a security guard in "The Fastest Man Alive" and in "Plastique". General Wade Eiling (Clancy Brown) uses one as his sidearm to be a substitute for the actual M9. The Clock King (Robert Knepper) takes one from a disarmed CCPD officer and uses it to seize control of the precinct in "Power Outage". A bank guard uses one before he loses his sidearm at the start of "Flash vs. Arrow".

Current American made Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm. Note the slanted dust cover, recurved backstrap and hex grip screws which distinguish this from earlier versions.

A CZ-75 is used by a crewman working for Leonard Snart when he decides to go rogue with his fellow crewman near the end of "Going Rogue".

Glock 17

A Glock 17 was seen unattended at Hex's Gunshop at the start of "The Fastest Man Alive". A two-tone version is used by a suspect fleeing the police at the start of "Things You Can't Outrun".

Glock 17 (Full Automatic)

Several Glock 17s were seized from Hex's Gunshop at the start of "The Fastest Man Alive", which were then modifed off-screen to be fired at full automatic mode and used by Danton Black (Michael Christopher Smith). This is is contrary to episode dialog where it mentions six Glock 19s were stolen.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact

A Heckler & Koch USP Compact with a stainless slide was used by James Jesse/The Trickster I (Mark Hamill) during a heist near the end of "Tricksters" (S01E17).

Trivia: Hamill previously portrayed the Trickster in the 1990 television adaptation of The Flash, as well as on one episode of the animated series Justice League Unlimited.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX

An IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX is used by Clay Parker (Micah Joe Parker) as his sidearm throughout "Crazy for You".

A Makarov PM with a stainless steel finish is used by Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) as his sidearm.

The SIG-Sauer P226R is used by the Central City Police Department for plainclothes officers.

What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Detective West briefly in "Crazy For You". Hannibal Bates, using the face of Barry Allen, brandishes a P226 in the middle of "Who is Harrison Wells".

A SIG-Sauer P228 is now seen in the hands of Detective West, first seen in the middle of "Power Outage". Captain David Singh (Patrick Sabongui) uses one as his sidearm in "Out of Time".
