SIG-Sauer P228
NCIS agents continues to carry the SIG-Sauer P228 as their sidearm. One of the RAC fighters has one in "A House Divided" (S15E01). MPD Detective Sergeant Danny Sportelli (Jack Conley) uses it as his personal sidearm in "Exit Strategy" (S15E03).
SIG-Sauer P239
Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham) continues to carry the smaller SIG-Sauer P239 as her sidearm.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is seen with Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) in "Death from Above" (S15E18) when he goes with a NCIS REACT element. It's seen with some characters in certain episodes.
Beretta 3032 Tomcat

Special Agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) carries what appears to be a Heckler & Koch P2000SK as his main sidearm.
M1911A1
An M1911A1 is seen with the RAC Jefe (Emiliano Diez) in "A House Divided" (S15E01) before Gibbs takes it back, which he later uses as his own sidearm. NCIS Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) uses it to shoot an armed man during a siege inside NCIS HQ.

A Walther P99QA is briefly used in "High Tide" (S15E11) by Bishop while on a sting op.
