The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series NCIS:
Pistols
SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and Paula Cassidy (Jessica Steen). Caitlin Todd (Sasha Alexander) carries a P228 as a Secret Service agent in "Yankee White" (S1E01) and continues to carry the pistol after joining NCIS as an agent. Ari Haswari (Rudolf Martin) is seen holding Kate's SIG in both "Bête Noire" (S1E16) and Season 1's finale "Reveille" (S1E23).
SIG-Sauer P226
In Season 1's finale "Reveille" (S1E23), the pistol pulled by Kate when she spots Ari on the street appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 instead of her regular P228.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS (used in lieu of the Beretta M9) appears as the issued sidearm of various military personnel and in the hands of various characters throughout the series. Lieutenant David Cameron (Kevin McClatchy) is seen with a Beretta 92FS in "Enigma" (S1E15). In "Missing" (S1E20), Major Joe Sacco (Derek Webster) holds a Beretta as he looks for Dinozzo in the sewer.
Beretta 85F
In "Marine Down" (S1E09), Jack Canton (Erich Anderson) uses a Beretta 85F to hold a Marine hostage.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is another frequently-used handgun in Season 1, often in the hands of federal agents of other US agencies including FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell (Joe Spano), as seen in "Enigma" (S1E15). ATF Special Agent Melinda Stone (Bellamy Young) and militia leader Roger Cooke (Scott MacDonald) also are seen with Glocks in "Split Decision" (S1E21).
Walther P38
In "The Curse" (S1E05), Special Agent Richard Owens (David Ramsey) sits at Kate's desk and behind him on the wall is a photograph of what appears to be a Walther P38 pistol with the slide locked back.
Makarov PM
In his first appearance, Ari Haswari (Rudolf Martin) uses a Makarov PM equipped with a suppressor to hold Kate (Sasha Alexander), Gerald, and Ducky (David McCallum) hostage in "Bête Noire" (S1E16).
Walther PPK/S
Col. Will Ryan (Terry O'Quinn), Gibbs former CO, owns and uses an Interarms imported Walther PPK/S in "Enigma" (S01E15).
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 66
In "Enigma" (S1E15), Gibbs is seen keeping what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 66 in his basement and then pulling it in a confrontation with his former CO. A Smith & Wesson Model 66 also is said to have been used by Amanda Reed (Jamie Luner) in "Dead Man Talking" (S1E19). Gibbs referred to it as being "small, and easy to conceal" and the image of the gun on the lab screen (a stock product photo from the S&W catalog) appears to be the Model 66. ATF Special Agent Melinda Stone (Bellamy Young) holds the S&W in "Split Decision" (S1E21).

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
In the series premiere "Yankee White" (S1E01), an Al Qaeda sleeper takes a Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW from the armory of Air Force One.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In the premiere episode "Yankee White" (S1E01), MP5A3's are seen in the Air Force One armory. In "Enigma" (S1E15), Col. Will Ryan (Terry O'Quinn) takes an Heckler & Koch MP5A3 from one of his captors. In "Split Decision" (S1E21), Gibbs goes undercover as an arms dealer, and uses a Heckler & Koch MP5A3.
