The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm carried by the majority of the NCIS Special Agents in the Office of Special Projects including G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J), and Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) in Seasons 1 and 2. Dominic "Dom" Vail (Adam Jamal Craig) uses one during his tenure on the series and Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) also is seen pulling his SIG. Luis Perez uses a Equinox styled P228 in "Identity" (S1E01). After Luis is incapacitated, Callen uses it to shoot one of his bodyguards. FBI Special Agent John White holds a suppressed SIG on Tracy Keller (Marisol Nichols) in Season 2's "Stand-off" (S2E06). A couple of P228s were found in Yemen in Season 2's "Harm's Way", brought to the country with CIA help.

Beginning in Season 3, the NCIS agents switch from the SIG-Sauer P228 to the new model SIG-Sauer P229 with the redesigned slide and new grips. CIA agent Michael Saleh (Sherman Augustus) uses a P229 in "Greed" (S3E08).  In "Chinatown" (S1E16), a Ministry of State Security (MSS) assassin has a suppressed original model SIG P229 with the K-Kote finish polished on the slide and a glossy shine, aimed at a retreating Kensi in the Chinatown district of Los Angeles before Sam takes him down to the ground.

G.Callen briefly fires a SIG-Sauer P229 in "Identity" (S1E01).  This appears to be a continuity error as the pistol he picked up should have been a P228.  In "Chinatown" (S1E16), a Ministry of State Security (MSS) assassin pulls a suppressed original model SIG P229 with the K-Kote finish polished on the slide and a glossy shine. He is seen aiming it at a retreating Kensi in the Chinatown district of Los Angeles before Sam takes him down to the ground.

Beretta 92FS
Found in an Al Qaeda safehouse by G in "Anonymous" (S2E07). A two-tone P226 was used by a Libyan Mukhabarat el-Jamahiriya agent in Los Angeles when he fired at G and Sam in "Deadline" (S3E04). The same one is also used in "Sacrifice" (S3E05) and "Greed" (S3E08).

A Beretta 92FS is used by LAPD officers and suspects in "Identity" (S1E01). Military contractors use them in "Search and Destroy"(S1E04) and Dominic "Dom" Vail (Adam Jamal Craig) uses one while posing as an LAPD officer in "Killshot" (S1E05). Militia members were seen using them in "Ambush" (S1E08). In "Fame" (S1E20), Hassad Al-Jahiri (Faran Tahir) uses a 92FS against Callen and the other NCIS agents saving Kensi from being killed. In "Hunted" (S1E22), Army CID Major Rick Medina (Yancey Arias) uses a 92FS as his sidearm and even tried to use it against G, Sam and Kensi after they realize he went rogue and was working with Keshwar. In "Callen, G" (S1E24), Amy Taylor (Jacqueline McKenzie) fires one against Karim Akbar, wasting its bullets due to her having non-existent handgun training.

When Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) was first introduced in "Hand-to-Hand" (S1E19), his sidearm was a 3rd Gen Glock 17. Michael Rivikin also used the semi auto version of it. Callen disarms a militia member and uses his Glock 17 in "Ambush" (S1E08). Glock 17's are used by members of the counterfeiting ring in "Keepin' It Real" (S1E06). Callen disarms one of them and uses his G17 to dispatch two more. Military contractors use them in "Search and Destroy" (S1E04). Karim Akbar was armed with a Glock 17 when he was gunned down by G, Kensi and Sam  in "Callen, G" (S1E24). An assassin in "Overwatch" (S2E12) infiltrates the LA coroner's office with a suppressed Glock 17, killing a morgue worker. In "Black Widow" (S2E02), an assassin disguised as a construction worker draws a silenced Glock 17 at Emma's SUV. Some of the mercenaries in "Archangel" (S2E13) use Glock 17s along with Glock 19s. G is armed with a Glock 17 while disguised as a California Highway Patrol officer in "Empty Quiver" (S2E16). Some of the Mexican gangsters in "Greed" use Glock 17s to engage G and Sam.

Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used by miscellaneous LAPD officers, and bad guys in 1x01. Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) uses a 92FS as his main sidearm as he is with the LAPD and merely assigned to the NCIS as a liaison officer. The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series NCIS: Los Angeles:

Pistols

SIG-Sauer P228

The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm carried by the majority of the NCIS Special Agents in the Office of Special Projects including G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J), and Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) in Season 1. Luis Perez uses a Equinox-styled P228 in "Identity" (S1E01). After Luis is incapacitated, Callen appears to use this SIG, but the pistol appears to be a P229 model. Dominic "Dom" Vail (Adam Jamal Craig) uses one during his tenure on the series and Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) also is seen pulling his SIG.

NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J) draws his SIG-Sauer P228 in the series premiere "Identity" (S1E01).
Luis Perez (Alex Fernandez) holds a custom P228 in "Identity" (S1E01).
NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J) holds the SIG-Sauer P228 in "The Only Easy Day" (S1E02). He had been seen holding the Glock 26 in a continuity error only a moment earlier.

NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J) draws his SIG-Sauer P228 in "Killshot" (S1E05).
NCIS Special Agent G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) with his SIG-Sauer P228 in "Killshot" (S1E05).
NCIS Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) pulls his SIG-Sauer P228 in "Killshot" (S1E05).
NCIS Special Agent Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) holds her SIG-Sauer P228 in "Brimstone" (S1E10).
G. Callen aims his SIG-Sauer P228 in "Burned" (S1E23).

SIG-Sauer P229

G.Callen briefly fires a SIG-Sauer P229 in "Identity" (S1E01). This appears to be a continuity error as the pistol he picked up should have been a P228. In "Chinatown" (S1E16), a Ministry of State Security (MSS) assassin pulls a suppressed original model SIG P229 with the K-Kote finish polished on the slide and a glossy shine. He is seen aiming it at a retreating Kensi in the Chinatown district of Los Angeles before Sam takes him down to the ground.

Beretta 92FS

Colt Officer's Enhanced Mark IV

A .45 Colt Officer's Enhanced Mark IV pistol was used by LAPD Detective Douglas Grozen (Rodney Rowland) in "The Only Easy Day" (S1E02). Grozen uses the pistol to hold Callen and Kurt Holgate (Matt Battaglia) hostage. It appears to be two-tone with a silver frame and wood grips.

Glock 17

When Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) was first introduced in "Hand-to-Hand" (S1E19), his sidearm was a 3rd Gen Glock 17. He also uses it in "Fame" (S1E20).

Glock 26

In "The Only Easy Day" (S1E02), a Glock 26 pistol is used by rogue SEAL Morris Raspen, and in a continuity error, Sam Hanna (L.L. Cool J) also uses one. In "Chinatown" (S1E16), MSS agent Xue-Li (Elaine Kao) is armed with a suppressed Glock 26, although fake. Hetty carries one as her concealed carry in a jacket pocket. Callen carries a Glock 26 as his backup weapon which he keeps in an ankle holster, seen in "The Only Easy Day" (S1E02).
