The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.:
Handguns
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the standard sidearm of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the series. The same pistol also shows up on several occasions in the hands of other characters.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
Aside from the full-size variant, the Smith & Wesson M&P Compact is used by the field agents throughout the season as their preferred sidearm when the mission requires higher mobility.
Modified Strike Warrior pistols
ATCU operators are seen with pistols modified from the Japanese Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior airsoft copies (designed and customized by DARPA in the show) as their main sidearm. Captured copies also shows up on several occasions in the hands of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, having secured at least one for testing and research at the start of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Arsenal Firearms Strike One
Arsenal Firearms Strike One pistols are seen briefly used by Grant Ward and some of the HYDRA terrorists in a shootout at the start of "Devils You Know" (S3E04).
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is seen loaded by a HYDRA terrorist near the end of "Devils You Know" (S03E04).
FN Five-Seven USG
HYDRA terrorists working under Grant Ward and Gideon Malick are using the Five-Seven USGs are seen using it as their main sidearm in the season. Alisha (Alicia Vela-Bailey) uses one in "The Singularity" (S03E18) before May breifly takes it from her.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used by Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) from a HYDRA soldier near the end of "Maveth" (S03E10) to take out "It". Glock 17s with stainless steel slides are used by hostiles in "Inside Man" (S03E12).
Heckler & Koch HK45T
Replacing the FN Five-seveN he used before, Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) employs a Heckler & Koch HK45T pistol with a tan frame and threaded barrel as his primary weapon in the season.
Heckler & Koch USP
A Heckler & Koch USP is seen with ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Felix Blake (Titus Welliver) in standoff with Coulson near the end of "Watchdogs" (S03E14).
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Will Daniels (Dillon Casey) throughout "4,722 Hours" (S03E05).
Training pistol
Several plastic training P226 pistols were seen during a training session in "The Playground" in "Spacetime" (S03E15).
SIG-Sauer P226 E2
Aside from the FN SCAR-L, Watchdogs terrorists are seen using the SIG-Sauer P226 E2 pistol, suggesting that it is the standard sidearm of the terrorist group.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A few Heckler & Koch MP5A2s are seen in the hideout of Moroccan arms dealer Yusuf Hadad in the middle of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s equipped with rails are used by Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Joey Gutierrez (Juan Pablo Rosa) seized from downed HYDRA agents in "Maveth" (S03E10).
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs were seen in a HYDRA small arms cache in the middle of "Devils You Know" (S03E04) with Hunter using it to fight Ward. R. Giyera (Mark Dacascos) uses his Inhuman powers to levitate a MP5K-PDW in "Maveth" (S03E10). Fitz tries to use it when he engages Giyera in "Paradise Lost" (S03E16). Giyera briefly uses it in "Ascension" (S03E23), but he does not fire it.
IMI Uzi
A stockless IMI Uzi is handled by May briefly in in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with ATI Halo accessories (sidesaddle shell holder/scope rail, heatshield and pump) is seen in the hands of Leo Fitz near the end of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01) to breach the monolith containment unit door. A Remington 870 is used by Mack when Watchdogs terrorists invade the family house near the end of "Watchdogs" (S03E14).

AKMS
An AKMS is briefly held by Hunter in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).
AK-74M
AK-74Ms are seen with Russian forces throughout "Parting Shot" (S03E13).
AKS-74U
A few AKS-74Us in black furniture are seen with Russian troops in "Parting Shot" (S03E13), which Hunter later takes.
Colt LE Carbine
Colt LE Carbines are seen with S.H.I.E.L.D. assaulters, sometimes taking the place of the M4A1 in the season.
Colt M4A1
A few Colt M4A1s with Magpul-type furniture is seen with Watchdogs terrorists with Ruben Mackenzie (Gaius Charles) taking one from one of the wounded terrorists in "Watchdogs" (S03E14). Black M4A1s are seen with American law enforcement/military personnel in the season.
Airsoft M4
Watchdogs terrorists are seen handling M4 carbines when they attacked a ATCU building in "Watchdogs" (S03E14). Judging from the color schemes of the carbines, however, it is likely that the props used are airsoft rifles since the Watchdogs did not fire their weapons in the video.
FN SCAR-L
FN SCAR-Ls are seen with HYDRA assaulters accompanying Ward and Fitz to Maveth at the end of "Closure" (S03E09). Some are seen with Watchdogs terrorists throughout "Watchdogs" (S03E14), serving as their main weapon of choice.
Heckler & Koch G36KV
At least one Heckler & Koch G36KV is seen in the hideout of Moroccan arms dealer Yusuf Hadad in the middle of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Heckler & Koch G36C
A Heckler & Koch G36C is seen in the safehouse used by May in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).
Kel-Tec PLR-16
Kel-Tec PLR-16s are used by ATCU operators as their main carbine throughout the season.
Daniel Defense
Aside from the FN SCAR-L, Watchdog terrorists are seen with unknown rifles during their firearms training, one of them appears to be made by Daniel Defense as noted from their distinctive rail handguards.
Machine Guns
General Dynamics GAU-17/A
A General Dynamics GAU-17/A is seen with a HYDRA VTOL in "Spacetime" (S03E15).
Sniper Rifles
Remington MSR
A Remington MSR was used by Ward at the start of "Closure" (S03E09) to take out Rosalind Price.
Remington 700
A Remington 700 is briefly used by James (Axle Whitehead) in "Paradise Lost" (S03E16).
Grenades
Mk 2 Hand Grenade
A Mk 2 Hand Grenade is in a HYDRA small arms stash near the end of "Devils You Know" (S03E04).
Grenade Launchers
FN Mk 13
A FN Mk 13 UBGL is seen with some SCAR-Ls used by Watchdogs in "Watchdogs" (S03E14).
Milkor M32
A Milkor M32 grenade launcher is seen in "Failed Experiments" (S03E19).
Nitramene Grenade Launcher
Nitramene grenade launchers are used by Watchdogs terrorists throughout "Watchdogs" (S03E14).
I.C.E.R. Small Arms
I.C.E.R. Pistol
The I.C.E.R. Pistol continues to be used by SHIELD agents in season 3 whenever a non-lethal option is required. These props were originally the "Tranq Guns" from seasons 3, 4 and 5 of Chuck and are built from Baby WE Hi-Capa 3.8 (Type 8) airsoft pistols.
I.C.E.R. Pistol Carbine
An I.C.E.R. Pistol Carbine was used by Mack in the middle of "Chaos Theory" (S03E07) to stun Andrew after he finds out that he's Lash. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a CAA Tactical RONI-SI1 (likely a prop re-used from Season 2), with the unknown pistol fitted inside the kit.
Flare Pistols
Olin Flare Gun
An Olin Flare Gun is used by Fitz briefly in the middle of "Purpose in the Machine" (S03E02).
Orion Flare Gun
An Orion Flare Gun was used by Fitz briefly near the end of "Maveth" (S03E10) to take out "It" by burning it.
Others
Small Arms Rack
A few Colt M4A1s and Mossberg 500 Cruisers are seen in a small arms rack in the Playground.
