Detective Lennie Brisco (Jerry Orbach) is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver. Despite the NYPD having officially switched to automatic pistols on January 1st, 1994, older officers like Briscoe were grandfathered in and allowed to continue carrying revolvers.
Glock 19
Detective Rey Curtis (Benjamin Bratt) and other NYPD officers are armed with Glock 19 pistols.
MGC M-16 Model Gun Corp Replica Rifle
ESU officers are seen with MGC M-16 Model Gun Corp Replica Rifle in numerous episodes. Some of them have round A2 handguards.

Heckler & Koch USP
A Heckler & Koch USP is a murder weapon in "Hunters" (S09E13). It is described as an "HK 9mm."
Glock 17
Det. Rene Sheppard (Michael Michele) of the Baltimore PD carries a Glock 17 as her sidearm in "Sideshow" (S09E14).
Sawn-off Double Barreled Shotgun
Briscoe finds a Sawn-off Double Barreled Shotgun that the suspect was reaching for in "Sideshow" (S09E14).
Colt Python
Ned Burks (Adam Grupper) shoots a suspect with a snub-nosed Colt Python in "Sideshow" (S09E14).
Colt Commander
Andrei Rogatin (uncredited) draws a nickel-plated Colt Commander in the teaser of "Refuge, Part 1" (S09E23.) According to the dialogue, it is chambered in ".45."
