S3ep17: In "No Heads and a Duffel Bag", Clayton (Jeffrey G. Barnett) carries a Colt SF-VI/DS-II and uses it on several occasions. S4ep11: A SF-VI/DS-II loaded with blanks is used by Catalina (Nadine Velazquez), Earl (Jason Lee) and Joy (Jaime Pressly).
Joy (Jaime Pressly) keeps a nickel Colt Python as a backup weapon.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose
S1ep22: Both Earl (Jason Lee) and Creepy Rodney (Clint Howard) use a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose loaded with blanks in "Stole a Badge". S3ep10: Frank (Michael Rapaport) pulls out a Model 19 Snubnose when he tries to recover his hidden stash from Joy's trailer. Ray-ray (D.J. Qualls) takes the revolver from Frank, tries to shoot him, but the gun is not loaded.

S3ep4: In "The Frank Factor", Paco (Raymond Cruz) is seen checking a revolver, probably a Smith & Wesson Model 27.

Sawn-Off Double Barreled shotgun
S4ep05: The bartender pulls out a Sawed-Off Side-by-Side shotgun when a pool stick falls down and is mistaken for a gunshot.
S1ep21: Jesse (Juliette Lewis) uses a Franchi SPAS-12 in "The Bounty Hunter" to try and hunt down Joy.
S1ep17: A prison guard (Countrified Wedman) holds a Remington 870 when Earl tries to do a little voluntary government work in order to pay back the missed taxes. S3ep4: Randy (Ethan Suplee), Frank (Michael Rapaport) and Earl use Remington 870's in "The Frank Factor" while rehearsing the Indian Casino robbery. S3ep14: Sissy (Jane Lynch) fires a 870 when Randy and Joy rescue Earl from her house. S3ep22: Billie (Alyssa Milano) shoots at Earl with a 870 in Earl's nightmare.
S4ep15: In "Darnell Outed: Part 1", Earl uses a Mossberg 500, which he calls a "pull gun".
S1ep02: Seen behind Joy as she shops for guns to kill Earl.
Joe (John Amos) uses an M1A1 Thompson in "Stole an RV" (S04E04).
S4ep24: in "Gospel", Reverend Green AKA Hash Brown (Faizon Love) uses an Interdynamic KG-9 capable of full-automatic fire. This is actually an airsoft replica made Maruzen, identifiable by the unique extended barrel and upper receiver, as well as the visible lack of ejector screw on the bolt.
Rifles / Carbines
S4ep4: Flashbacks to the Korean War show Jerry & Joe with M1 Garands.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III*
S4ep4: Young Joe is seen with a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III* during the Korean War. The rifle is probably a continuity error, as he was handling an M1 Garand earlier.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The SWAT team uses Colt M4A1 Carbines when they surround Earl's apartment.
S2ep10 & S2ep11: Diego's henchman (Emilio Rivera) and Catalina's brother (Ray Santiago) carry AKM rifles in Mexico.S4ep19: Several unnamed henchmen also use AKMs in "My Name is Alias". S4ep24: Green also keeps several AKM's in the back of his truck.
Remington Model 7
Thomas uses a Remington Model 7 in "My Name is Alias". (S4E19)
S1ep02: A Barrett M82A1 is seen in a cabinet behind the clerk at the gun store.
S4ep4: Various bolt-action rifles can be seen in Joe's gun cabinet.
S2ep14: A Browning M1919A4 can be seen in the funeral house, when the Funeral Director sets-up the Vietnam-style scene for a fallen veteran.
S2ep05: A sumo man is holding an AT4 while guarding the kidnapped Earl and Catalina in Randy's silly imagination.
Mk 2 Hand Grenade
S4ep04: Joe (John Amos) is seen handling several Mk 2 hand grenades during the defense of his home. Later he accidentally removes the pin, and gives the grenade to Earl (Jason Lee) to "disarm" it.
S1ep20: The SWAT throws a teargas grenade into Earl's apartment when he "kidnaps" Alby.
Advanced M26 Taser
S1ep09: In "Cost Dad the Election" Earl trows a bear can at Officer Bob Smiley's (George Frangides) car. The officer stops Joy's vehicle and pulls out an Advanced M26 Taser when Joy refuses to stay in the car. Four years later the same cop also uses the Taser against Earl. S1ep17: Officer Bob Smiley pulls out the Taser (again) when he sees Earl doing voluntary government work by fixing a hole in the road. This time Earl convinces him not to shoot. S4ep21: In "Witch Lady" another cop (Randy Brenner) also uses an M26 Taser to neutralize the "witch". That scene takes place in the 1980s, making the M26 Taser heavily anachronistic.
S3ep09: Randy (Ethan Suplee) pulls out an X26 Taser during an argument with his brother about who is really in charge.
Palmer Cap-Chur Long Range Projector
S2ep12: Officer Bob Smiley (George Frangides) uses a Palmer Cap-Chur Long Range Projector with a red-dot scope when Randy gets stuck on a tree and refuses to jump down.
Bean Bag Launcher
S3ep10: Randy (Ethan Suplee) uses a Bean Bag Launcher to stop Earl and to show him who is in charge between them.
S4ep20: A SWAT officer is seen firing a Ramo RT-37 37mm launcher during a standoff.
S1ep20: Alby (Malcolm David Kelley) shoots at Earl with two paintball guns when Earl volunteers to be the kid's slave for a day. S4ep24: Reverend Green AKA Hash Brown (Faizon Love) fires with a paintball gun at the "devil".
Red Ryder BB Gun
S1ep23: In a flashback Young Earl (Noah Crawford) uses a Red Ryder BB Gun to shoot Young Gwen Waters in the butt. He cocks the lever several times, which would prove unnecessary due to its coiled spring action.
S1ep02: Earl (Jason Lee) uses a water gun to rob a quick store, but his attempt goes south when he accidentally fries the pistol. The water gun resembles a Smith & Wesson semiautomatic, but it does not appear to be a specific model.
