Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation

Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation is the fifth installment in the Mission: Impossible film series. Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt, who is determined to take down the Syndicate, a rogue international crime organization committed to destroying the IMF. The 2015 sequel was directed by Christopher McQuarrie (Jack Reacher) and the cast included Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and Rebecca Ferguson. McQuarrie would reunite with Cruise and the majority of the cast to direct the 2018 sequel, Mission: Impossible - Fallout, marking the first time in the film series that a director would helm two installments in the franchise.

Handguns
Tranquilizer Pistols
Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and William Brandt (Jeremy Renner) uses tranquilizer pistols to subdue the British Prime Minister (Tom Hollander) and Attlee (Simon McBurney) in London.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen in the film as the standard pistol of the operatives guarding the facility in Morocco. It is seen holstered when they unmask a disguised Benji during an imaginary situation by Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg). A Glock also is used as a sniper weapon during the opera performance.
M1911 variant
An M1911A1 pistol is seen in the hideout of Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) when he is hiding in Havana, Cuba. It is never used during the raid by the CIA.
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226 is in the hands of Syndicate members as their main pistol throughout the film. The pistols are usually suppressed and sometimes fitted with a red dot sight. Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is also briefly seen with the weapon.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Syndicate members can be seen with Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols in the film. Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson) is seen with a suppressed Heckler & Koch USP Compact at the climax as she holds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) at gunpoint. Solomon Lane (Sean Harris) also uses a Heckler & Koch USP Compact in the film.
SIG Pro SP2022
Solomon Lane (Sean Harris) uses a suppressed SIG Pro SP2022 in the film as his preferred sidearm.
Heckler & Koch HK4
Janik Vinter (Jens Hultén) takes what appears to be a Heckler & Koch HK4 from Ilsa Faust after the Morocco job.
SMG
Heckler & Koch MP5
SCO19 officers in London are seen armed with Heckler & Koch MP5 SMGs as their primary weapons.
Rifles
AKS-74U
AKS-74Us with and without buttstocks are seen as the standard weapon of Syndicate members including Janik Vinter (Jens Hultén) and the men guarding the facility in Morocco.
Norinco Type 56-1
A facility guard can be seen holding a Norinco Type 56-1 in Morocco.
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 carbine is carried by members of the CIA's Special Activities Division in the film. Their rifles are equipped with Eotech ATPIAL-Cs, Trijicon ACOG 4x32 tritium only scopes, flashlights and vertical foregrips.
Disguised Rifles
At one point, several covert sniper weapons are used by Syndicate members during the performance in Vienna, Austria. One sniper is armed with a rifle made from an alto flute, Ilsa Faust's (Rebecca Ferguson) rifle is hidden inside a piece of handrail, and the sniper disguised as a police officer uses a rifle that combines parts from a side handle baton and the frame of his sidearm. Ethan Hunt also gets his hands on one of these assassination devices.
