James Sikking

James B. Sikking was an American character actor whose long career covered television, movies and stage appearances to include his well-known role as Lt. Howard Hunter in the series Hill Street Blues. He also appeared in several films directed by Peter Hyams, including The Star Chamber, Outland, and Narrow Margin. He passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of ninety.
