theHunter: Call of the Wild is the 2017 successor to the 2009 video game theHunter. Like its predecessor, it is a hunting simulator which aims to depict realistic animal behavior and hunting techniques as players hunt across vast tracts of game reserves in multiple biomes.

The following weapons appear in theHunter: Call of the Wild:

Sidearms

Ruger Mark IV

The Ruger Mk IV appears under the name "Andersson .22LR" despite the markings on the in-game gun saying "Roger Mark II". It has three different variants, but they are all cosmetics. It is the only semi-automatic pistol in the game for now. Like all other handguns, the player can equip a scope or red dot sight on it.
