Revision as of 16:06, 30 December 2022

John Wick: Chapter 2 is the 2017 sequel to 2014's John Wick. Chad Stahelski returns as director and Keanu Reeves as Wick, who finds himself coming out of retirement when rivals attempt to take over a criminal syndicate. The cast includes returning actors Ian McShane, John Leguizamo and Lance Reddick, in addition to Common, Ruby Rose and Laurence Fishburne reuniting onscreen with Reeves for the first time since The Matrix Revolutions. Reeves would return as Wick in the 2019 sequel, John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum as well as 2023's John Wick: Chapter 4.
The following weapons were used in the film John Wick: Chapter 2:
Handguns
Glock 34 (TTI Combat Master Package)
John Wick (Keanu Reeves) uses a Glock 34 customized with the Taran Tactical Innovations Combat Master Package. He acquired this gun as well as his backup Glock 26, AR-15, and Benelli M4 from The Sommelier (Peter Serafinowicz) in Rome.
Glock 26
A Glock 26 compact pistol, John Wick's original backup sidearm, is seen in the case of weapons that he reburies in the floor (oddly, however, the Glock 26 he buries has a magazine with an extended baseplate - he did not use this in the first film). He retrieves another one from a deposit box but never uses it. In Rome, he purchases a new one customized by TTI, as seen in the section below.
Glock 26 (TTI Combat Carry Package)
Wick gets a new Glock 26 from The Sommelier. This one, like the Glock 34, is also customized by Taran Tactical Innovations. He uses this G26 during his first fight with Cassian after being disarmed of his G34, then loses it when he returns to New York.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by many of Gianna D'Antonio's bodyguards in Rome, as well as by those of her brother Santino in New York. John Wick (Keanu Reeves) picks up multiple Glock 17 pistols during the final battle after his Kimber 1911 runs empty.
Glock 19
During the final fight, Wick picks up what appears to be a Glock 19 and briefly uses it.
Heckler & Koch P30L
John Wick's original sidearm, a compensator-fitted Heckler & Koch P30L, is briefly used by him in the garage during the intro. He later reburies it alongside his equipment and the other guns he used in the first film.
CZ P-09
A Sumo assassin (Yama) uses a suppressed CZ P-09 pistol until John Wick (Keanu Reeves) disarms him and takes the pistol. Another assassin also attempts to use a suppressed CZ P-09 against Wick.
Kimber Warrior
Wick receives a Kimber Warrior with SOCCOM BLACK G10 grips from The Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne) with only 1 magazine containing exactly 7 rounds for the final battle. In the mirrors scene, the SIG-Sauer P320 Wick took earlier changes to this gun which is a continuity error.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC "E-Series"
John Wick (Keanu Reeves) uses a suppressed Smith & Wesson SW1911SC "E-Series" during the subway fight (this is a continuity error, as he picked up a CZ P-09 and not this gun; the CZ changed to this after the earlier fountain shootout scene). Ares (Ruby Rose) also uses one (unsuppressed) in the catacombs and in the final fight (suppressor fitted).
Kimber Super Carry
While at the Continental, Wick uses a heavily customized reverse two-tone Kimber Super Carry 1911 fitted with a compensator. This could be a continuity error, as that scene is directly after his fight with Ares, in which he picked up the suppressed SW1911SC instead.
SIG-Sauer P320
Some of the guards following Ares carries SIG-Sauer P320 pistols; during the mirrors scene, Wick takes a couple of them from two different guards and uses them before his fight with Ares (Ruby Rose).
Arsenal Firearms AF-1 Strike One
Cassian (Common) carries a two-tone Arsenal Firearms USA AF-1 Strike One. He first used it unsuppressed in Rome and used it suppressed in New York.
Beretta Cheetah
Earl (Tobias Segal), one of the Bowery King's men, kills two assassins looking for John in the subway with a suppressed Beretta Cheetah with rounded trigger guard. Santino D'Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio) wields one near the end of the movie, though he never fires it. It's difficult to tell if the guns used are the Model 84BB or 85BB, since the two models are almost identical, with some differences including the capacity (the 84 holds thirteen rounds while the 85 holds eight, and only two rounds are fired from one during the entire film).
Kimber Solo CDP
An assassin (Heidi Moneymaker) uses a suppressed Kimber Solo CDP against Wick.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by a seamstress (Midori Nakamura) to demonstrate the effectiveness of the bulletproof vests. The pistol's profile is closest to a SIG P220 or P226, based on the frontal shots of the barrel.
1911 variant
During the first fight against John Wick, Cassian (Common) uses what appears to be a two-tone 1911 before being disarmed; this is a continuity error, as he was using an Arsenal Firearms Strike One in earlier shots. One of Santino D'Antonio's henchmen later uses a 1911, prompting John to pick up a magazine from his dead body and load it into his Kimber 1911 before the mirrors scene.
Rifles/Carbines
TTI TR-1 Ultralight
Wick uses a Taran Tactical Innovations TR-1 Ultralight, fitted with a BCM Gunfighter Mod 0 collapsible stock, BCM KMR Alpha 13" forearm, BCM pistol grip and vertical foregrip, PRI Compensator, 1-6x24 Trijicon Accupoint scope with an RMR on a canted rail, and Magpul PMAGs. The Sommelier erroneously describes it as having an 11.5" barrel instead of 14.5". A guard following Ares (Ruby Rose) is also seen with one in a similar configuration in the mirrors scene, but with an EOTech sight rather than a Trijicon Accupoint.
SIG SG 551
One of the guards following Ares (Ruby Rose) appears to be armed with the SIG SG 551 rifle. This particular guard is armed with a SG 552 rifle during the mirrors hall fight instead.
SIG SG 552
A SIG SG 552 is used by a guard. Oddly, in a previous scene, these rifles had rear sights, but in the mirrors scene, they are missing the rear sights.
M4A1
One of Ares' men is also seen with a M4A1. Oddly, in the mirrors hall fight, he is armed with a full-rail TR-1 AR-15 instead.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5
A Heckler & Koch MP5 is used by an assassin in the catacombs.
Shotguns
Benelli M4 Super 90 (TTI M4 Upgrade Package)
John uses a Benelli M4 Super 90 during the fight in the catacombs. It is fitted with a fixed stock and customized by TTI. When he shoots it for the first time, he fires 11 rounds before reloading; this would be only possible with an extended tube capacity of 9+1 shells and by ghost loading an 11th shell.
Launchers
ARWEN 37
An ARWEN 37 standing in for an explosive launcher is used by Santino D'Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio) to destroy John Wick's house.
Brügger & Thomet GL-06
A Brügger & Thomet GL-06 is seen in Santino D'Antonio's weapons case.
Spike's Tactical Havoc Launcher
A 9" barrel Spike's Tactical Havoc Launcher in a standalone configuration is also seen in D'Antonio's weapons case.
Arsenals
The Wick Arsenal
At the film's beginning, John is seen burying again his cache of weapons, which includes a Kel-Tec KSG, two Coharie Arms CA-415 carbines (one of them with a suppressor), a Heckler & Koch P30L, a Glock 26 with a magazine that has an extended baseplate, three of the same type of black incendiary grenades used in the previous film, a KA-BAR serrated Tanto, and an empty spot where the Microtech UTX-70 that was used in the previous film would be.
The Sommelier's Armory
When gearing up, John visits the Sommelier (Peter Serafinowicz) and purchases out several weapons from the arsenal.
The Tailor's Arsenal
What appear to be two Coharie Arms CA-415 carbines, a KRISS Vector SDP and a Heckler & Koch MP5 are seen at the workplace of the tailor Angelo (Luca Mosca).
The Bowery King's Armory
John also makes a visit to the headquarters of the Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne), which contains a cache of carbines, submachine guns, pistols, and RPG-7 launchers.
