The following weapons were used in the film Taxi 5:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
A carjacker (Ichem Bougheraba) uses a Beretta 92FS against Gibert (Bernard Farcy), who was promoted to mayor before the events of the film.
The carjacker reluctantly goes as his brother encourages him.
"
Come on you little old woman, get out quickly!"
Gibert's response is loud and clear.
Heckler & Koch P7M13
In archive footage from the first film, the German gang's leader (Richard Sammel) is seen with a suppressed Heckler & Koch P7M13.

The gang's leader pointing his pistol at civilians.
Manurhin F1
Manurhin F1 revolvers are holstered by the Marseille Police, including officers Sylvain Marot (Franck Gastambide) and Alain Trésor (Edouard Montoute). The only time the weapon is actually fired is when officer Régis (Lionel Laget) shoots in the air after Sylvain gives his unit a motivating speech (actually a quote from Rocky IV, unbeknownst to them).
Manurhin F1 - .357 Magnum

Sylvain with his holstered revolver as Gibert briefs the police unit on their mission.
In archive footage from
the second film of the franchise, an officer facing the effects of the famous taxi carries what appears to be a Manurhin with rubber grips in his holster.
Due to his trigger-happy nature, he then proceeds to aim his revolver at Eddy.
SIG Pro SP 2022
Sylvain Marot (Franck Gastambide) draws a SIG Pro SP 2022 against Italian gang members.
Sylvain aiming his pistol.
Other officers are seen carrying pistols. They could also be SP 2022s, but this is unconfirmed since there are no clear shots of their guns.
Shotguns
Franchi SPAS-12
Eddy Maklouf (Malik Bentalha) attempts to practice fire a Franchi SPAS-12 with a 6-round magazine tube at the armory of Rachid (Ramzy Bédia).
Franchi SPAS-12 with stock folded and butt-hook removed - 12 gauge
This is apparently the best pumping stance that Eddy could come up with. Note the other SPAS-12 with a shorter barrel in the background.
Disregarding Sylvain's and Rachid's forbidding, Eddy goes ahead and fires the shotgun.
In the wider shots, the weapon changes to the aforementioned shorter barreled version in a continuity error.
Eddy's shooting proficiency went about as well as his driving skills.
Note how the SPAS-12 leaning against the wall is now the longer barreled one.
Submachine Guns
FN P90
In archive footage from the first film, a German bank robber is seen using an FN P90.
The robber brandishing his P90.
Heckler & Koch MP5
Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine guns are carried by police forces at the arrival of the diamond.

Heckler & Koch UMP45
One of the police officers carries a Heckler & Koch UMP45 at the reception.

Rifles/Carbines
Beretta ARX-160
One of the Italian gang members uses a Beretta ARX-160 fitted with an EOTech sight.

A better view of the ARX-160 as the gunman is about to retreat.
Troy M7A1
A Troy M7A1 PDW is used by Rocco di Biase (Fabrizio Nevola) throughout the film.

Rocco committing a robbery with his M7A1.
Rocco is about to use his PDW, but Toni Dog instructs him not to.
Others
Rachid's Armory
Another SCAR-L CQC is seen, this one having an FDE finish. There is also a
Heckler & Koch MP5A2 (or A4) at the left, along with what appears to be a silver
Smith & Wesson pistol.
This shot shows the full stock of the AK, as well as a slightly clearer view of the SCAR-L.
An
AR-15 variant is shown at the right.
Taser
Michel (Anouar Toubali) uses a Taser against Rocco.
Michel tases Rocco in a tender area.
He then stands with a smirk on his face...
...and proceeds to deactivate his Taser.
Umarex Beretta Elite II
What appears to be an Airsoft Umarex Beretta Elite II is seen on a poster in the police station of Marseille.
A closer look at the displayed pistol.
