Pistols
Colt M1911A1
Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) can be seen with a Colt M1911A1, taken from a disarmed Peruvian Army Military Police soldier in "0-8-4". Most of the PMP soldiers use it as their sidearm in the same episode.
Glock 17
S.H.I.E.L.D. guards and LAPD police officers can be seen with Glock 17s throughout the season. Melinda May uses one taken from a disarmed PMP soldier in "0-8-4".
Glock 19
One of the henchman that Ward fights during his mission to Paris in the pilot (S01E01) is armed with a Glock 19.
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&Ps is the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents throughout the season.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
An assassin dressed as a LAPD police officer in the pilot (S01E01) uses a Mossberg 500 during the Union Station shootout.
Assault Rifles
M4A1
Several S.H.I.E.L.D. guards can be seen with M4A1s in the pilot (S01E01).
Sniper Rifles
Fictional Sniper Rifle
Grant Ward handles a prototype sniper rifle near the end of the pilot, which fired a sedating bullet in order to knock out Mike Petersen.
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
Grant (Brett Dalton) uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish fitted with a Falcon Premier telescopic sight, bipod, suppressor and railed handguard in the pilot (S01E01).
