The following weapons were used in Season 5 of the series Burn Notice:
Pistols
Heckler & Koch P30
Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P220
In "Army of One" (S5E10), Holcomb is seen picking up what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P220 pistol that had been dropped by an elderly airport guard (a continuity error since the guard was previously holding a Glock). Holcomb's pistol changes to a P226R in some scenes. In "Damned If You Do" (S5E13), Xavier (Ian Anthony Dale) pulls a SIG.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 appears to be the weapon used to frame Michael for a murder in "No Good Deed" (S5E03). In "Hard Out" (S5E09), mercenary Erik Vanderwall (David Dayan Fisher) pulls a P226. In "Army of One" (S5E10), Holcomb's pistol appears as a SIG-Sauer P226 in some scenes. CIA Field Officer Dani Pierce (Lauren Stamile) also carries a SIG-Sauer P226 as her sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226R (Nickel)
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 continues to be carried by Jesse Porter (Coby Bell) in Season 5. A nickel P226 is briefly carried by Rebecca Lang (Kristanna Loken) and fired by one of the men guarding Reed Perkins (Eric Roberts) in Season 5's finale "Fail Safe" (S5E18).
SIG-Sauer P228
In Season 5's premiere, "Company Man" (S5E01), CIA officer Max (Grant Show) carries a SIG-Sauer P228 as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer GSR
What appears to be a nickel-plated SIG-Sauer GSR is held by Dion Carver (Andre Holland) in "Breaking Point" (S5E14).
American Tactical Imports FS9 (TiSAS Zigana Sport)
In "Necessary Evil" (S5E15), the Liberian warlord Joseph Kamba (Jonathan Adams) uses an ATI FS9 Sport, the US import version of the TiSAS Zigana Sport.
Beretta 92FS
Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) carries a Beretta 92FS as his personal sidearm throughout the series. The Beretta has also
Beretta 92FS Centurion
A Beretta 92FS Centurion loaded with "Simunition" rounds is seen used by Ian (Gregg Henry) in "Acceptable Loss" (S5E17).
Beretta 92G Elite 1A
In "Mind Games" (S5E03), Michael uses what appears to be a Beretta 92G Elite 1A to distract the men chasing an undercover federal agent.
Beretta 3032 Tomcat
The Beretta 3032 Tomcat is occasionally used by Fiona as her sidearm rather than her Walther. In "Bloodlines" (S5E02), Fiona pulls her Beretta 3032 Tomcat when chasing down Takeda (Brian Tee).
Browning Hi-Power
In "Mind Games" (S5E03), a thug is seen armed with a Browning Hi-Power.
Colt MK IV Series 80
An engraved stainless steel Colt MK IV Series 80 is pulled by drug dealer Carmelo Dante (Todd Stashwick) to threaten Sam in "Enemy of My Enemy" (S5E06).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen throughout Season 5.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is seen throughout Season 5. In "Better Halves" (S5E11), Fiona opens fire with her Glock. In "Breaking Point" (S5E14), Ricky threatens Dion Carver (Andre Holland) with the Glock 19. A Glock 19 is drawn by a federal agent when Fiona surrenders herself in the Season 5 finale "Fail Safe" (S5E18).
Glock 22
In "Mind Games" (S5E03), Fiona is seen putting a "standard police-issue Glock" in a box in order to frame a loan shark as being an undercover cop. Michael later mentions that the pistol is a "40 caliber", making it most likely a Glock 22.
Glock 26
Fiona is seen carrying a Glock 26 in several episodes. In "No Good Deed" (S5E04), Eve (Aviva Farber) also carries a Glock 26 as her sidearm.
IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
In "Breaking Point" (S5E14), Jesse is seen carrying a Desert Eagle Mark XIX while posing as an arms dealer (it is recognized as a Mark XIX by the taller cocking serrations and the accessory rail atop the barrel).
IMI Jericho 941 R (stainless)
The stainless Jericho 941R is a very common sidearm used by bad guys in the show, especially the head bad guy in various episodes. (It's almost like what the Infinity is to Heroes.) The stainless Jericho is notably seen pulled by Tavian Korzha (Andrew Howard) in "Army of One" (S5E10).
Makarov PM
In "Company Man" (S5E01), Armando Puente (Carlos Sanz) is seen pulling what appears to be a Makarov PM on Michael.
Rock Island Armory Commander
In "Acceptable Loss" (S5E17), what appears to be a Rock Island Armory Commander pistol is seen in the hands of Yash (Ravi Kapoor).
Smith & Wesson 5904
Wallace (Michael O'Keefe) is seen pulling a Smith & Wesson 5904 on Carter in "Mind Games" (S5E03).
Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380
In Season 5's finale "Fail Safe" (S5E18), Rebecca Lang (Kristanna Loken) is seen pulling a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380. Michael refers to the pistol as a "380 auto" and is said to be loaded with over-pressurized rounds.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
In "Depth Perception" (S5E16), a Cayman Islands banker carries a Smith & Wesson M&P Compact as his sidearm (an unlikely choice for bankers), in which Jessie Porter (Coby Bell) gains the possession of the pistol and holds it on him.
Smith & Wesson SW99
A gangster opens fire with a Smith & Wesson SW99 in "Enemy of My Enemy" (S5E06).
Springfield Armory XD
A Springfield Armory XD pistol is pulled by Carter (Wade Williams) in "Mind Games" (S5E03).
Taurus PT940
In "Hard Out" (S5E08), Steve Cahill (Henri Lubatti) briefly pulls a Taurus PT940 before being subdued by Michael. Michael also holds the pistol.
Walther PPK/S
Fiona Glenanne (Gabrielle Anwar) continues to use the Walther PPK/S as her usual sidearm.
Walther P99
A Walther P99 is pulled by FSB handler Ivan Vaskov (Mark Ivanir) in "Depth Perception" (S5E16).
Submachine Guns
FN P90TR
A CIA extraction team is armed with FN P90's in "Company Man" (S5E01). P90's are also carried by a security team in "Hard Out" (S5E09).
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
In "Company Man" (S5E01), guards are seen opening fire on Michael and Max with MP7's. Michael is later seen rigging MP7's to fire independently.
IMI Uzi
Several Russian thugs are armed with Uzi submachine guns while searching for Fiona in "Better Halves" (S5E11).
Ingram MAC-10
Thugs dubbed by Sam as the "MAC-10 Brigade" are armed with the submachine gun in "Besieged" (S5E07). In "Army of One" (S5E10), Holcomb (Michael T. Weiss) and his fellow hostage-takers are armed with MAC-10's.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser with extended mag tube is used by Fiona to fire beanbag rounds in (S5E04).
Mossberg 500 Cruiser (Foregrip and saddle shell holder)
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with a foregrip and saddle shell holder is held by John O'Lear (Jay R. Ferguson) in "Besieged" (S5E07).
Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender
In "Necessary Evil" (S5E15), Fiona is seen carrying and loading a Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender shotgun.
Mossberg 500 Persuader (Folding Stock and Door Breaching Brake)
