The Smith & Wesson M&Ps is the standard sidearm carried by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
Glock 19
One of the henchman that Ward fights during his mission to Paris in the pilot (S01E01) is armed with a Glock 19.
Glock 17
S.H.I.E.L.D. guards and LAPD police officers can be seen with Glock 17s.
Colt M1911A1
Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) can be seen with a Colt M1911A1.
