Night Train to Munich (1940) was a World War II-era thriller directed by Carol Reed (The Third Man) and starred Margaret Lockwood, Rex Harrison, and Paul Henreid (as Paul von Hernried). The film also features the venerable comedy team of Charters (Basil Radford) and Caldicott (Naunton Wayne). British and Gestapo agents play a game of cat and mouse with a Czech inventor and his daughter.

A German agent disguised as a Royal Navy commander carries a Mauser Pocket Pistol. In a continuity error, Bennett's revolver turns into one as well.
