The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series Hawaii Five-0:
Pistols
Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P226 Navy fitted with a Surefire X300 as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226 Elite
During a raid in "Ohuna" (S3E07), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) is briefly seen holding a SIG-Sauer P226 Elite (noted by the beavertail and front slide serrations) rather than his SIG-Sauer P226 Navy, but it returns to the Navy model in the next shot.
SIG-Sauer P229R
Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) continues to carry a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in Season 3, occasionally fitted with a Surefire X300 weaponlight. A DAK variant appears as the sidearm carried by members of US Coast Guard in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03). Interestingly, the pistol has a UID label, which brings up the possibility of it being a true Coast Guard sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P238 (Two Tone)
In Season 3's premiere "La O Na Makuahine" (S3E01), Lt. Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) is seen giving what appears to be a two-tone SIG-Sauer P238 pistol to Doris McGarrett (Christine Lahti).
Heckler & Koch P30
Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams (Scott Caan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 in Season 3.
Heckler & Koch USP

Smith & Wesson M&P 9
Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson M&P in 9mm with Crimson Trace grips as her sidearm. Michael Noshimuri (Daniel Henney) briefly handles Kono's M&P in "Huaka'i Kula" (S3E10).

In "Kekoa" (S3E16), a Smith & Wesson 4506 was used by the killer and left in the trunk of the car at the beginning of the episode.
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 continues to be the sidearm carried by officers of the Honolulu Police Department including Sgt. Duke Lukela (Dennis Chun). Helen Tilton (Lee Meriwether) uses one after she kills an HPD officer by snatching it out his duty holster and firing the pistol at his chest.
Back in Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams' (Scott Caan) cop days in Jersey in 2001, him and his partner Detective Grace Tilwell (Sydney Tamiia Poitier) both carry early model Smith & Wesson 5906s with hooked trigger guards and adjustable sights.
Glock 17
Gil Scates (Todd Stashwick) is seen pulling a Glock 17 and forcing Steve and Danny to jump ship in "Lana I Ka Moana" (S3E03). They are also seen in "He Welo ʻOihana" (S3E23).
