Astra Constable
A woman is found dead next to a stainless Astra Constable in 'Nothing to Lose' (S3E16). The pistol looks very similar to the one seen in the Miami Vice (another crime drama set in Miami, ironically) episode "Junk Love", only with ivory grips instead of pearl.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is a commonly used pistol throughout the series. Miami PD Officers carry Berettas, including Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) before he becomes a CSI. He continues to use the Beretta as his sidearm. A gangster in a hospital in 'Shootout' (S3E12) uses one to return fire at a rival gangster.
Beretta 84FS
A Beretta 84FS appears on an evidence photo in 'Cop Killer' (S3E13).
Colt MK IV Series 80
An engraved nickel Colt MK IV Series 80 with pearl grips is seen in a gun cabinet in 'Sex & Taxes' (S3E19). A Commander (4" Barrel) version of the same pistol is seen tested by Eric and Calleigh in '10-7' (S3E24).

In 'Crime Wave' (S3E08), Horatio Caine's (David Caruso) SIG-Sauer P229 turns into a SIG-Sauer P226 during the bank robbery. A thug in 'Shootout' (S3E12) uses a P226 to shoot a rival gangster in a hospital. A teenager uses one to murder a police officer in 'Cop Killer' (S3E13). A counterfeiter uses a P226 to rob a truck carrying paper in 'One Night Stand' (S3E14). A P226 is used by a drug dealer to shoot Bob Keating in 'Vengeance' (S3E22).
SIG-Sauer P228
A two-tone SIG-Sauer P228 was used by a child to shoot an IRS agent in 'Sex & Taxes' (S3E19).
SIG-Sauer P229
In Season 3, Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) switches from his Beretta Cougar to a SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm throughout the season. Dr. Alexx Woods (Khandi Alexander) pulls another off a body in 'Crime Wave' (S3E08). In 'Sex & Taxes' (S3E19), a CGI rendition of a P229 is seen.

Ruger GP100
A Ruger GP100 (with blued finish, 3 inch barrel, fixed sights and "Lett" grips) was put to Calleigh Duquesne's (Emily Procter) head in '10-7' (S3E24). Calleigh and Eric later test many pistols, including the Ruger, to find which pistol Calleigh was threatened with. The revolver is described as being rare which is still an endless source of amusement for Ruger owners. Later, a Detective (Holt McCallany) commits suicide with his Ruger GP100.
Smith & Wesson Model 37
A party host uses a stainless Smith & Wesson Model 37 to fire back at a drive-by attack.
Smith & Wesson Model 586
A Smith & Wesson Model 586 is used by the man who stole Eric's badge in 'Killer Date' (S3E20)
